경북도, 도청신청사 지붕재 기왓장에 도민 1만명 이름 새긴다 경상북도는 도청이전신도시(안동•예천)에 건립중인 도청신청사 지붕재인 기왓장에 도민 1만명의 이름을 새겨 넣는 ‘기와 만인소’를 추진한다.
기와 만인소는 조선시대 많은 선비가 연명으로 임금에게 올리는 상소인 만인소와 달리, 도민 모두가 경북의 번영을 소원하고, 도민과의 소통을 확대한다는 의미를 담고 있다.
기와 만인소는 경북도민이면 누구나 신청가능하며, 18일부터 4월 7일까지 3주간 선착순으로 1만명을 모집한다. 경북도청 및 23개 시•군청 홈페이지 알림창 또는 인터넷 포털사이트(daum) 상단의 배너를 클릭하면 나타나는 신청서를 작성 제출하면 되며, 참여비용은 없다.
모집 후에는 기와제작소에서 성형암기와 뒷면에 신청자 성명을 음각한 뒤 소성해 제작하게 된다. 제작된 기와는 6월경 상량식을 개최, 기관단체장과 함께 기와 만인소에 참여한 도민을 초청해 도본청 지붕에 7천여장, 도의회 지붕에 3천여장을 설치하게 된다.

경북도 박대희 도청이전추진본부장은 “도청이전은 경북도의 오랜 숙원사업으로 어려운 과정을 거쳐 도민들의 결단으로 그 입지가 선정된 만큼 도민들의 적극적인 관심과 동참 속에 성공적으로 추진돼야 한다”고 말했다.
아울러 “도민과 함께 도청이전사업의 성공을 기원하는 ‘기와 만인소’는 도청이전사업을 널리 알리고 도민들의 자긍심을 고취하는 뜻 깊은 행사가 될 것”이라며 “도민들의 많은 참여를 바란다”고 당부했다.
한편, 경북도청 및 의회 신청사 건립은 안동시 풍천면 갈전리에 부지 245천㎡, 연면적 143천㎡에 지상 7층, 지하 2층의 규모로 청사 건축이 추진되고 있다. 현재 도청 2층, 도의회 4층, 주민복지관 2층의 골조 공사가 진행 중에 있으며 30%의 공정율을 보이고 있다.
올해 말까지 골조공사와 실내외 마감공사를 마치고, 내년 상반기에 실내 인테리어 및 시운전을 거쳐 도청이전 목표인 2014년까지는 준공이 무난할 것으로 보인다. 이와 더불어 도청이전신도시 건설사업도 지난해 9월 1단계 개발구역 4천805㎢에 대한 부지조성공사를 착공해 2014년 12월까지 상•하수도, 도로 등 주요 기반시설을 본격적으로 추진해 가고 있다. |

After participants are recruited, the names of applicants will be engraved on the backside of the channel tiles at the roof tile maker, and the tiles will be baked. The manufactured roof tiles will be put on the roof around June, and heads of institutions and local governments, and residents of the province who participated in the ‘Giwa Maninso’ will be invited in the ceremony of putting up the ridge beam. Over 7,000 roof tiles will be installed on the roof of the provincial government building and over 3,000 roof tiles will be installed on the roof of the provincial assembly building.

Meanwhile, the Northern Gyeongsang Provincial Government Building and the Provincial Assembly Building are being constructed on a 245,000㎡ site in Galjeon-ri, Pungcheon-myeon, Andong. The total floor area wlll be 143,000㎡. The provincial government building will have 7 stores above ground and two stories underground. Currently, the structural framework of the 2nd floor of the provincial government building, the 4th floor of the provincial assembly building and the 2nd floor of the local community center are under construction, and 30% of the total construction is now completed.
The interior and exterior finish work will be completed by the end of this year, and the interior work and test run will be conducted in the first half of next year. The buildings will be completed without any problem by 2014, the target year. In addition, as for the project for constructing the new city to host the new provincial government building, the site preparation work for the stage-one development zone (4,805㎢) began last September, and the construction of major infrastructure facilities, such as waterworks, sewage and roads, will be completed by December 2014. |
