5.1. 고장 수리
본 장은 제품 사용 중에 일어날 수 있는 기계 고장의 종류와 그에 대한 조처 방법에 대해 설명되어 있습니다. 사용 중 기계에 고장이 발생한 경우 본 장에 언급된 지시 사항에 따라 조치를 하여 주시고 본 장에 언급되지 않은 고장이 발생한 경우 시스템의 가동을 중단 하시고 당사로 연락하여 주시기 바랍니다.
고장 수리 점검은 시스템의 위험 사항을 이해하고 있는 교육을 받은 사람에 의해서 수행 되어야 합니다.
고장 수리 점검을 하는 동안 적절한 보호 장비를 착용하지 않으면 사망하거나 심각한 상해를 입을 수 있으니 본 매뉴얼에 언급되어 있는 보호 장비를 반드시 착용하고 고장 수리에 임해 주시기 바랍니다.
서비스 수행 전에 전원을 꺼 주십시오.
고장 수리 전에 안전 지침에 관해 다시 한번 검토하시고, 경고 사항을 읽어 보십시오. 만일, 고장 수리 시 어떤 조처를 취해야 할 지가 확실하지 않다면 더 이상 진행하지 마시고 (주) 쎄크로 연락하시기 바랍니다.
5.2. 전원 고장
5.2.1.시스템 전원 ON/OFF 안 되는 경우
현상 MAIN PANEL의 전원을 ON 시켜도 시스템에 전원이 공급되지 않아 시스템이 동작되지 않는다.
원인 ① 전원 공급용 220V 플러그에 전원이 공급되지 않는다.
② CONTROL BOX 내부의 과부하등에 의해 E.L.B(누전차단기) 스위치가 OFF 되어 있다.
조치 ① 시스템 전원 공급용 220V 플러그가 빠져 있는지 확인한다.
② 시스템 내부의 E.L.B(누전차단기) 스위치가 ON 상태인지를 확인한다.
③ 시스템 조작 판넬의 전원 ON/OFF스위치를 동작시킬 때 동작여부를 확인하고 만약 동작이 되지 않을 경우에는 다음의 순서대로 전원의 ON/OFF 상태를 테스터를 이용하여 확인한다. 전원이 ON된 상태에서는 감전의 위험이 있으므로 주의한다.
전원 => E.L.B => NOISE FILTER => MC 1차측 => MC 2차측(전원 ON시)
④ 테스트 결과 이상이 없을 때는 전원 ON/OFF스위치를 켜고 시스템을 재가동시킨다.
주의 전원코드를 꽂아둔 상태에서는 전원 스위치를 켜지 않았더라도 TRANS 1, 2차측과 E.L.B, NOISE FILTER, MC 1차측까지는 전원이 공급되므로 특별히 주의하여야 한다.
5.2.2.PC부팅 및 동작 불량
현상 ① 모니터의 전원이 ON되지 않거나 화면에 아무것도 나타나지 않는다.
② PC가 부팅되는 도중에 더 이상 진행되지 않는 경우가 발생된다.
원인 ① PC 또는 모니터에 전원이 공급되지 않는다.
② PC 또는 모니터가 불량이다.
③ PC와 모니터 사이의 케이블이 바르게 연결되어 있지 않다.
④ 시스템이 정상적으로 종료되지 못해 소프트웨어에 문제가 생겼다.
조치 ① PC 나 모니터의 전원 공급용 플러그가 소켓에서 빠졌는지 확인한다.
② PC 나 모니터 전원 스위치의 동작상태를 확인한다.
③ PC와 모니터 사이의 케이블 연결상태를 확인한다.
④ 설치 프로그램과 검사 프로그램을 다시 설치한다. |

5.1. Repair
This chapter explains the types of potential device failures and corresponding response measures. In case of a device failure, please follow the guidelines in this chapter. In case a device failure not included in this chapter occurs, stop the operation of the system and contact SEC.
Repair and maintenance must be performed by a person who received necessary training and understands potential risks of the system.
Failure to wear proper safety devices during repair or maintenance work may result in death or serious injury. Please wear safety devices as instructed in this user manual when performing repair works.
Turn off the system before performing repair works.
Please read the safety guidelines and warnings prior to performing repair works. In case you have any doubts during the repair, please stop the work and contact SEC.
5.2. Power Failure
5.2.1.In case system does not turn on
Situation Even when the power switch is turned on from the main panel, power is not supplied to the system, and the system remains off.
Reason ① The power supply 220V plug is connected to an inactive outlet.
② Circuit breaker switch is turned off due to overload in the control box, etc.
Response ① Check if the power supply 220V is properly connected to the outlet.
② Check if the circuit breaker switch inside the switch is turned on.
③ Check if the on / off switch on the system control panel works properly. If not, check with a tester if power is on in each of the components in the following sequence. Exercise caution since there is risk of electric shocks when power is turned on.
Power => Circuit Breaker => Noise Filter => Machine 1 Side => Machine 2 Side (With switch turned on)
④ When the test is completed normally, turn on the power switch and reboot the system.
Warning: When the system’s power plug is connected to the outlet, power is supplied to the sides of Trans 1 and 2, circuit breaker, noise filter and the side of MC 1
5.2.2.PC Booting Failure or Faulty Operation
Situation ① Monitor does not turn on, or the screen remains blank.
② Booting process of the PC does not proceed.
Reason ① PC or monitor is not supplied with power.
② PC or monitor is broken.
③ Cable between PC and monitor is not connected properly.
④ Abnormal system shutdown resulted in software problems.
Response ① Check if the power plugs for PC and monitor are securely connected to the outlets.
② Check if the power switches for PC and monitor work properly.
③ Check if the cable between PC and monitor are connected securely.
④ Reinstall the setup program and inspection program. |
