발현 수준이 낮은 유전자의 5’-RACE 결과
임신 18.5일째의 생쥐 (ICR) 태반조직에서 추출한 total RNA로부터 CapFishing™기술을 이용하여
발현수준이 낮은 JunB 유전자의 full-length cDNA를 합성한 후 5’-RACE primer와 TSP 이용하여 5’-RACE 수행한 결과 product를 성공적으로 얻어냈습니다.
길이가 긴 full-length cDNA로 부터 5’-RACE 결과
인간의 태반조직에서 추출한 total RNA로부터 CapFishing™기술을 이용하여 transferrin receptor 유전자의 긴 first strand full-length cDNA (5kb)를 합성한 후 5’-RACE primer와 TSP 이용하여 5’-RACE 수행한 결과 product (1.4kb)를 성공적으로 얻어냈습니다.
Lane 1: Transferrin receptor 유전자의 full-length cDNA (5kb)를 이용하여 5’-RACE PCR 수행
5’-RACE와 3’-RACE를 이용하여 target full length cDNA분리한 결과
Mouse 의 뇌조직에서 추출한 RNA 로부터 full length cDNA를 합성한 후, 양끝의 RACE primer 와 TSP를 사용하여 각각의 5’-RACE 와 3’-RACE PCR 반응을 수행한 결과 product (Lane 1 & 2) 를 성공적으로 얻어냈습니다.
마지막으로 5’- 와 3’-RACE product를 이용하여 Direct PCR을 통해 target full-length cDNA를 (lane 3) 분리하였습니다.
다양한 종에서 동일 유전자의 5’-RACE 결과
여러종 (mouse, rat, chicken, rabbit)의 뇌 조직에서 추출한 total RNA로부터 target 유전자의 full-length cDNA를 합성 한 후, 5′-RACE primer와 TSP를 이용하여 5’-RACE 수행한 결과 product를 성공적으로 얻어냈습니다.
다양한 종에서 동일 유전자의 3’-RACE 결과
여러종 (mouse, rat, chicken, rabbit)의 뇌 조직에서 추출한 total RNA로부터 full-length cDNA를 합성한 후, 3′-RACE primer와 TSP를 이용하여 3′-RACE를 수행한 결과 product를 성공적으로 얻어냈습니다.

5’-RACE Result of Low Expression Level Gene
We synthesized a full-length cDNA of JunB gene which has low expression level from the total RNA extracted from the placenta of a mouse pregnant for 18.5 days (ICR) using CapFishing™ technique and successfully obtained the product as a result of 5’-RACE using 5’-RACE primer and TSP.
5’-RACE Result from Long Full-length cDNA
We synthesized a long first strand full-length cDNA (5kb) of transferrin receptor gene from the total RNA extracted from human placenta using CapFishing™ technique and successfully obtained the product (1.4kb) as a result of 5’-RACE using 5’-RACE primer and TSP.
Result of Separation of Target Full-length cDNA using 5’-RACE and 3’-RACE
We synthesized a full-length cDNA from the RNA extracted from a brain tissue of mouse and successfully obtained the product (Lane 1&2) as a result of 5’-RACE and 3’-RACE PCR response test respectively using RACE primer and TSP at both ends.
Lastly, we separated a target full-length cDNA (Lane 3) through a direct PCR using 5’- RACE and 3’-RACE product.
