상기의 보증 기간 내에 명확히 당사의 귀책사유로 인한 설계, 제작 상의 원인으로 고장 또는 불일치가 발생되는 경우에는 즉시 무상으로 대체품을 납품 혹은 수리함.
2) 성능의 보증 (본 견적에 포함된 제품에 한함)
상기의 보증 기간 내에 Guarantee & Warranty 조건에 의거 보증 함.
3) 보증의 적용 제외
하기의 항목에 대해서는 보증의 적용을 제외함.
– 소모 부품
– 조작 및 보수의 오류에 의한 고장 또는 불일치
– 천재지변에 의한 고장 또는 불일치
3.6 기타 사항
1) 운전 지도의 실시 (보수 및 교체 품에 한함)
장치 설치와 동시에 실시하는 것으로 하며, 당사가 장치의 운전에 필요하다고 판단하는 항목에 대해서 장치 운전 취급 설명서에기초하여 운전 방법을 지도한다.
2) 변경
하기의 사태가 발생시 납기, 가격 그 외 계약 내용에 변경이 발생하는 경우에는 변경의 정도를 양사간 협의 후 결정하는 것으로 한다.
– 당사의 귀책사유가 아닌 이유로 공사가 방해된 경우
– 귀사의 사유로 설계 조건 및 기타 사항이 계약 후 변경 또는 추가된 경우

II. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 개 요
본 PROPOSAL은 연속산분해 공정의 취기발생원에서의 취기유도시설 및 복합취기 처리시설인 산 알칼리 및 라디칼 SCRUBBER SYSTEM을 제작 설치하여 취기를 포집 처리함으로서, 식품공장의 쾌적성을 제고하고 이미지를 향상시키며 주변 환경과의 조화를 이루기 위함을 목적으로 한다.

3.1 Payment Terms
1) Advance Payment (20%): Within 20 days from the singing of contract
2) Intermediate Payment (70%): Upon completion of production (Inspection before delivery or delivery to the site)
4) Balance Payment (10%): Upon completion of commissioning
3.2 Quotation valid for: 90 days from the date of submission
3.3 Delivery: 120 days from the signing of contract. (Including commissioning period.)
3.4 Delivery Term: F.O.B, (Including Commissioning and Operation Trainings)
3.5 Guarantee of Quality
These equipments are guaranteed for the following items for a period of 12 months from the completion of commissioning.
1) Guarantee for Equipments (Limited to the products included in this quotation.)
We will replace with new equipments or perform necessary repairs at our expenses, for any failure or nonconformance of the equipments resulted from causes, whether they are related to design or manufacturing thereof, that are obvious fault of this company, for the above mentioned warranty period.
2) Performance Guarantee (Limited to the products included in this quotation.)
Performance of the equipments are guaranteed for the above mentioned warranty period in accordance with the terms and conditions of Guarantee & Warranty.
3) Exclusions from Warranty
Following items are excluded from warranty.
– Consumable and replacement parts.
– Failure or non-conformance due to insufficient operation and maintenance.
– Failure or non-conformance due to natural disasters.
3.6 Miscellaneous
1) Operation Training (Limited to Maintenance and Parts Replacements)
Operation Training shall be conducted at the time of installation of the equipments and the Company may provide, at its discretion, additional training on operation of the equipments based on the Equipment Operation and Maintenance Manual.
2) Modifications
In case any changes shall be made in regards to the delivery, the price, and any other contractual terms due to any of the followings, the extents of such changes shall be determined through discussions between the parties.
– If the construction is delayed or interrupted due to causes that are not this company’s fault.
– If any change or addition is made to the design conditions or other matters due to requests of your company after the contract is made.
