뉴스 번역(한국어 원본)(주)세라젬 이동근 상무, 中企人대회 국무총리표창 수상 (주)세라젬 이동근 상무가 5월 22일 중소기업중앙회에서 주관하는 ‘희망창조, 중소기업인과의 대화’ 행사에서 모범근로자 국무총리표창을 수상했다. 이날 행사에서 이동근 상무는 모범 기업인으로서 중소기업의 육성 및 발전에 기여한 공을 인정받아 상을 받게 되었다. 올해로 21회째를 맞이하는 ‘전국중소기업인대회’는 해마다 중소기업 발전에 공로가 있는 모범근로자를 선정ㆍ포상하여 경영 및 근로의욕을 고취시키고 발전모델로 홍보함으로써 중소기업의 건전한 발전을 도모하고 있다. 이동근 상무는 당사 창립초기부터 지사장으로 활동하다가 이후 본사로 소속을 변경하여 해외사업을 담당해 왔으며 현재는 해외사업2본부장으로서 세라젬의 글로벌경쟁력 강화에 힘쓰고 있다. 이날 행사는 이무수법인장, 박동렬 부법인장, 유럽법인 산하 지역본부장, 지역장 및 예비 지역장이 모두 참석한 가운데 성황리에 개최되었다. 리더쉽 세미나에서는 현 지역본부장 및 지역장 체험담 발표를 통해 세라젬 사업에 대한 동기 부여와 노하우를 전수하였고 그 밖에 박동렬 부법인장과 현 루마니아 본부 김원한 본부장의 “성공적인 세라젬과 지역장 제도 설명 및 지역장 역할”에 대한 발표가 있었다. 또한 이번 행사는 5월 1일자로 유럽법인 부법인장으로 임명된 박동렬 부법인장의 임명식을 겸해 지역본부장 및 지역장 임명식이 진행 되었으며 행사 2일째 저녁에는 헝가리 부다페스트의 아름다운 야경이 어우러진 선상 부페에서 만찬을 가졌다. |

Executive Director of CERAGEM Corporation, Dong Geun Lee was awarded the Prime Minister Commendation for Exemplary Worker in the ‘Hope Making, Communication with Medium Business Enterprise Entrepreneur’ event on 22nd May. He was awarded this award for his contribution to cultivation and development to small/medium business enterprises as a businessman who had been an exemplary role model. The Korea Small/Medium Businessman’s Convention’, which had been in run for 21 years, selects and awards exemplary worker each year who had contributed to the development of small/medium business enterprises in Korea. This is to enhance morale of Korea’s work force and publicize the worker as one of the role models, which will in turn, help in the progress of small/medium business enterprises in Korea. Mr Dong Geun Lee had worked as branch director since company’s establishment. He moved to the role of managing international projects in the company’s HQ, and he is currently working as the Chief of International Marketing 2. The event was attended by Moo Soo Lee, President of Europe Operation, Europe Branch Affiliated Regional Director, Regional Manager and the reserve Regional Manager. The Director of Europe Operation, Regional Director and managers shared their experiences during this leadership seminar that helped to transfer their knowledge and experience on CERAGEM business. Also, there was a presentation about “Successful CERAGEM Regional Management Policy and the Role of the Regional Manager” by Vice-President of Europe Operation, Dong Yeol Park and the Regional Director for Romania, Won Han Kim. In addition, this event included the appointment ceremony for Mr Dong Yeol Park and other regional directors and managers. Mr Park was appointed as the -President of Europe Operation.
