이번에 정문을 새롭게 단장해서 엄청나게 넓은 잔디밭이 쫙~ 펼쳐진 경북대학교!
오늘같이 날씨 좋은 날 산책하기 딱 좋은 코스와 잘 꾸며놓은 캠퍼스가 예쁘답니다.
사진은 봄에 찍었는데요, 여름이라 더욱 싱그러워졌겠네요~ ^^

#2. 3등 류한철 – 동대사 연등

대한불교 천태종 동대사

이곳 동대사는 역사가 채 10년이 되지 않은 사찰입니다. 매년 사월초파일(석가탄신일)이면 점등되는 연등이 아주 멋져서 입소문이 나있죠. 연등으로 가장 유명한 부산 삼광사 못지 않은 곳이랍니다.
동대사의 주지스님이 대구의 경제 발전은 물론, 국가의 발전을 기원하면서 매년 1만 5천여 개의 등을 점등하는데요.
‘국가가 있어야 종교도 있다’는 스님의 철학처럼 나랏일에 대해 생각이 깊으신 분이랍니다.

#3. 3등 신정화 – 금호강 해맞이다리 야경
아래쪽 사진은 얼마전 블로그 기자단이 다녀온 해맞이다리인데요.
어때요? 낮에 본 모습과 야경으로 보는 모습! 분위기 완전 다르죠~~~

#4. 3등 송채은 – 이월드 내 공원
나만 알기 아까운 대구의 명소 중에서 저는 ‘이월드 내 숨겨진 정원’을 추천합니다.
대구에 사는 분들도 모르고 계신 분들이 더 많은 것 같아요.
나무 그늘 아래 돗자리를 펼쳐두고 가족들과 함께 피크닉을 즐기기에도 정말 좋은 곳입니다.
높은 언덕에 위치하고 있어서 대구의 전경도 함께 감상할 수 있어 더욱 좋답니다.

#1. 2등 이은수 – 한국난방공사 옆 쌍룡녹색길
사진 속의 장소는 대구 성서공단 근처 한국난방공사 옆에 있는 금호강변 7 쌍룡녹색길입니다.

이곳에 들어서면 앞 쪽에 큰 나무가 양 옆으로 길따라 감싸주는 형태로 길게 쭉~ 뻗어있어요.
종종 작은 들꽃을 보며 한참을 걸으며 마음이 금세 차분해진답니다.

#2. 2등 강지은 – 벨벳카페 영도다움
2~3층에 전시되어 있는 벨벳작품을 감상하기도 하고 분위기 있게 커피 한잔 할 수 있는 벨벳 카페 영도다움, 시내 경북대병원 근처에 있어서 접근성도 좋아요^^

#3. 2등 로니 – 옛 골목 투어
대구명소 1) 옛골목투어
제가 갔던 코스에요. 모두 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있어서 금방 다 돌아볼 수 있답니다.

대구명소 2) 교동시장
교동시장은 대구 3대 시장 중 하나로 시내 동성로와 연결되어 있는 유일한 재래시장이에요.
동성로와 아주 가까운 반면, 교동시장을 잘 모르는 분들도 많더라구요. 동성로 만큼이나 널리 알려졌음 하는 바람이에요.

대구명소 3) 방천시장, 김광석 다시 그리기 길
방천시장이 김광석 다시그리기 길로 다시 태어났죠! 방천시장 곳곳에 귀여운 벽화와 그림들이 그려지고 방천시장 끄트머리에 김광석 다시 그리기 길이 생겨나면서 많은 분들이 찾아온답니다.

대구명소 4) 간지구제
간지구제는 교동시장 입구 쪽에 있는데요. 가게가 아주 커서 옷 뿐만 아니라 모자, 신발까지 종류도 아주 다양해요~

에덴의 동쪽, 꽃보다남자 등 드라마와 영화 촬영지로 많이 출연하는 계명대학교.! 학교 건물들도 참 예쁘게 잘 만들었고, 전체적으로 깔끔하게 잘 꾸며진 학교에요.

이곳은 정말 자연 속 공원 그 자체라고 보시면 되는데요.
섬유공단으로 가는 서재길가에 위치한 환경자원사원소 공원입니다.

올 여름~ 대구 물놀이 갈만한 곳! 핫 플레이스~~~ ‘2013 썸머워터페스티벌’!!
여름기간동안 대구 엑스코 1층 전시장에 마련된 실내 수영장~ 안전하고 ~ 깔끔해 아이들의 안전한 물놀이 장소로 제격이랍니다. ^^

먼저~ 엑스코 1층에 마련된 매표소에서 표를 끊은 뒤~ 실내수영장으로 입장!

입구로 들어가면 남자 탈의실과 여자 탈의실이 따로 구분되어 있어요.
귀중품도 보관 하시고~ 가져온 수영복으로 갈아 입습니다. ^^

혹시 깜빡하고 수영복을 챙겨오지 않은 분들을 위해 따로 대여소도 마련해 놓았으니 걱정마세요. ^^

넓고 깔끔한 물놀이장~

신나게 미끄럼틀을 타느라 정신없는 우리 아이들~

이곳엔 미끄럼틀, 튜브, 보트 등 아이들이 재미있게 즐길 수 있는 다양한 물놀이 기구들도 준비되어 있어요.

거대한 성으로 만들어진 미끄럼틀! 귀여운 바나나보트도 보이네요. ㅎㅎ

카페테리아에서 간식도 사먹고요~

이곳은 출사지로도 인기가 높은 곳인데요.
무더위~ 짜증나는 날씨에! 눈이라도 시원하게…. ㅎㅎ

이곳은 달서구 호산동 달성습지에 자리하고 있어요
쌍룡녹색길의 코스이기도 한 이곳은 금호강변과 연결되어 있어 자전거를 타고도 많이 오시더라고요.

메타세콰이어길 뒤로 드넓게 펼쳐진 곳은 ‘생태자원의 보고’라고 불리는 대구의 숨은 명소, 달성습지에요.

달성습지는 국제자연보호연맹에 ‘달성습지’라는 이름으로 등록되었고, 여름엔 백로, 왜가리, 황로, 겨울엔 고니, 홍머리오리, 청둥오리 등의 철새가 찾아오곤 해요.

또 이곳은 멸종위기종 2급으로 지정, 보호하고 있는 맹꽁이의 서식처이기도 하답니다.

Kyungpook National University recently renovated its front gate, where a grass lawn is spread out ~ widely!
The route which is perfect to take a walk on a good weather like today and the well decorated campus are beautiful.
The picture was taken in the spring, but it should have become more fresh now that it’s summertime~ ^^

#2. 3rd place Ryu, Han Cheol – Dongdaesa Lanterns

Korean Buddhism Cheontaejong Dongdaesa

Dongdaesa is a Buddhist temple that has a short history of less than 10 years. It became famous for its lanterns that are lit on Buddha’s Birthday every year. The temple is almost as beautiful as Busan’s Samgwangsa, which is the most famous temple for lanterns.
Dongdaesa’s chief monk lits 15,000 lanterns annually in hopes for not only the economical development of Daegu, but also national prosperity.
As one can see from his philosophy which states that ‘a nation must exist for a religion to exist’, the monk cares deeply about the affairs of his country.

#3. 3rd place Shin, Jung Hwa – Night scene at Geumho River Haemaji bridge

#4. 3rd place Song, Chae Eun – Park inside E-World
Among the places in Daegu that I feel should be known to everyone, I recommend the’ Hidden Garden within E-World’.
It seems that even most people who live in Daegu don’t know about this place.
It’s a great place to spread a mat under a tree and enjoy a picnic with family.
Because it’s located on a high hill, you can even view Daegu’s scenery.

#1. 2nd place Lee, Eun Soo – Ssangryong Green Road next to Korea District Heating Corp.
The place in the picture is the Geumho riverside 7 Ssangryong Green Road, which is next to the Korea District Heating Corp. near Daegu Seongseo Industrial Complex.

Here, large trees stretch highly~ and wrap around both sides along the road in front of you.
If you walk for a long time enjoying wild flowers every once in a while, you will easily find peace in your mind.

#2. 2nd place Kang, Ji Eun – Velvet Cafe, Youngdo Dawoom
The Velvet Cafe, Youngdo Dawoom, where one can view the velvet pieces that are displayed on the 2~3 floors and drink coffee. It’s easy to visit, being near the Gyungpook National University hospital in downtown^^

#3. 2nd place Ronny – Old Alley Tour
Daegu’s Attraction 1) Old Alley Tour
This is a course that I visited. Since all of them are on walkable streets, you can easily go through all of them.

Daegu’s Attraction 2) Gyodong Market
As one of Daegu’s three major markets, Gyodong Market is the only traditional market connected to Dongseongno in downtown.
While it is really close to Dongseongno, there are still a lot of people who don’t really know about the market. I hope that it will become known as much Dongseongno.

Daegu’s Attraction 3) Bangchun Market, Kim Kwang Suk Road
Bangchun Market was reborn with Kim Kwang Suk Road! Many people have come and visited after cute murals and paintings have been drawn in various parts of the market, and the Kim Kwang Suk Road was made at the end of the market.

Daegu’s Attraction 4) Ganziguje
Ganziguji is at the entrance of Gyodong Market. The store is so large that they sell not only clothes, but also hats and shoes~
It’s already been televised several times!! They also run a 50% discount event once every summer and winter so don’t miss that opportunity!!

Daegu’s Attraction 5) Keimyung University
Keimyung University has been the filming site for numerous movies and dramas like East of Eden, Boys over Flowers.! The university building are really beautiful, and it’s well decorated overall.

Selected by the Daegu city as a travel site, this place is where ancient tombs(big graves)are concentrated.

Daegu’s Attraction 2) Daegu Environment and Resources Park
This place is literally a park within nature.
It’s the Environment and Resources Park located next to the Seojae road which leads to the Fiber Industrial Complex.

[Daegu Summer Water Festival] Let’s go to the exciting water amusement exhibition!

This summer~ a place to go for water amusement in Daegu! A hot place~~~ ‘2013 Summer Water Festival’!!
An indoor pool set up at the 1st floor of Daegu EXCO during this summer~ it’s safe~ and clean, making it a perfect place for kids to enjoy playing in the water safely.^^

First~ after buying tickets at the ticket booth prepared at the 1st floor of EXCO~ let’s enter the indoors swimming pool!

Once you go through the entrance, there are the men’s and women’s rooms.
Store your valuables~ and change into the swimsuit you brought. ^^

If you forgot to bring your own swimsuit, don’t worry because a separate rental office is prepared just for people like you. ^^

A large and clean water park~

The kids are having so much fun riding on the slide~

Here, we also have various water amusement rides like the slide, tube, and boat with which kids can have fun and enjoy.

The slide made as a giant castle! There’s also a cute banana boat. lol

You can eat snacks at the cafeteria~

And a clean shower at the shower booths set up on one side of the pool~ ^^

For your information, a medical room and breast-feeding room are also prepared.

[Daegu Metasequoia Road] Daegu’s attraction full of green! We present the Ssangryong Green Road.

To overcome the hot weather! Daegu’s hidden attraction! We visited the Ssangryong Green Road, which is filled with green metasequoia trees.
Ssangryong Green Road.. have you never heard about it before?
This place is also very popular for taking pictures.
Heat~ with such an irritating weather! At least we should cool our eyes…. lol

This placed is located in Dalseong Marsh, Hosan-dong, Dalseo-gu.
A course on the Ssangryong Green Road, this place is connected to the banks of Geumho river so many people visit by riding bicycles.

The area that spreads out widely behind the metasequoia road is Daegu‘s hidden attraction known as the ‘treasure box of ecological resources’, the Dalseong Marsh.

The Dalseong Marsh is registered in the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources with the name ‘Dalseong Marsh’, and migratory birds such as egrets, herons, and cattle egrets in the summer and swans, European widgeons, and mallards in the winter visit.

This place is also a habitat for narrow-mouthed toads, which are designated as Endangered Species level 2 and being protected.
