□ 제주도 검사에서 돼지열병 항체 양성 돼지 15두에 대한 국립수의과학검역원의 확인검사 결과 최종 12두에서 항체 검출(‘10.7.27)
◦ 항체 양성 돼지 : 12두
– 번식돈 3두, 70일령 2두, 100일령 2두, 130일령 5두,
◦ 항체검사 방법 : 돼지열병 항체중화시험

Ⅱ. 역학조사 세부 내역
1. 농장 일반현황
□ ‘08.10월 종돈장 등록 운영
◦ 종돈 분양, 비육돈 출하, 육성돈 위탁 사육
◦ 사육규모 : 총 2,674 두
항체발생 원인(역학조사 결과)
□ 도뚜리 농장이 동물약품 대리점에서 잘못 배달한 백신(혼합백신 ; 돼지열병+돈단독)을 확인하지 않고 접종하여 돼지열병 항체 발생
◦ 도뚜리 농장에서 동물약품대리점(경북 경산시 소재)에 돈단독 백신을 주문하였으나, 동 대리점에서 “혼합백신(돈단독백신 + 돼지열병백신)을 잘못 배달(3.25)
◦ 도뚜리 농장에서는 백신을 확인하지 않고 포유중인 모돈 22두에 접종하던 중 농장주가 혼합백신이 접종되고 있음을 확인, 접종중단(3.25)
◦ 도뚜리 농장은 돼지열병 백신이 접종된 돼지를 포함한 일부 돼지를 내륙에 판매(‘10.4.4)
– 반출 돼지 : 64두(이유모돈 19두, 공태돈 2두, 임신돈 43두)
– 출하처 : 팔십리농장(유인섭, 경남 합천군 묘산면 팔십리 254)
□ 도뚜리 농장은 모돈에만 백신을 접종하였기에 해당 모돈만 반출하면 문제가 없을 것으로 판단하고 방역당국에 돼지열병 백신접종 사고를 보고하지 않음
3. 항체 양성 농장의 돼지 반출 내역(백신접종 이후)

□ 항체 양성농장 및 위탁농장에 대해서는 검사결과 확인시 즉시 농장 밖으로의 돼지 이동을 제한함(7.19)
4. 항체 양성 농장 돼지의 임상검사 및 환돈 부검소견
□ 임상검사 : 일부 돼지가 재채기, 연변 및 설사가 있으나, 돼지열병 관련 특이증상 없음
□ 부검소견 : 위축된 육성돈 부검 결과 호흡기 증상이외의 돼지열병 특이소견 없음을 확인
5. 항체 양성 농장 사료 및 정액에 대한 돼지열병 바이러스 검사

2. Outbreak of Antibody (Epidemiological Report)
□ Dotturi Farm inoculated pigs without verifying the vaccine. Veterinary medicines distributor delivered a wrong vaccine (mixed vaccine; swine fever, erysipelas)
◦ Dotturi Farm ordered erysipelas vaccine from veterinary medicines distributor (located in Kyungpook Kyungsan), but the distributor delivered mixed vaccine by mistake (swine fever + erysipelas) (March 25)
◦ Dotturi Farm confirmed 22 lactating sows were inoculated with the mixed vaccine, and vaccination stopped (March 25)
◦ Dotturi Farm sold pigs including the ones inoculated with swine fever vaccine (mixed vaccine) to inland (04/04/10)
– Shipped Pigs: 64 total (19 weaned pigs, 2 not-in pigs, 43 gestating sows)
