리포&시저스 카지노 복합리조트는 아시아 부동산 개발회사 Top 10에 선정된 인도네시아 최대 부동산그룹 Lippo와 세계적인 종합 레저 엔터테인먼트 그룹 시저스엔터테인먼트가 손을 잡고 개발 및 운영하는 프로젝트로서 세계적인 엔터테인먼트의 명소가 될 것입니다.
시저스엔터테인먼트는 미국 라스베거스에 특급호텔 시저스팰리스를 포함하여 전세계 4개 대륙 50여 개국에 리조트호텔과 골프코스를 소유하고 있는 세계적인 종합 리조트 엔터테인먼트 그룹입니다.

Midan City is an integrated casino resort development project to vitalize Korea’s tourism service industry(MICE industry). It is to be constructed on the land of 1,768,199m2 in Yeongjongdo where Incheon International Airport, No. 1 airport in Korea, is located. The project consists of 57 lots.
Midan City is located in Yeongjongdo, a gateway to Korea and hub of Northeast Asia. It is considered the optimum location for the clustering of integrated casino resorts. Midan City is developed with the goal of creating a city of resort & convention. Lippo Caesars, one of world’s leading integrated resort groups, has decided to join in the development of Midan City. Over 800 billion won is to be invested in the first stage of the project until 2018. In the 1st stage of the project, 3 hotels with 760 rooms, a foreigner only casino, and 6 live entertainment facilities including a concert hall with 400 seats, restaurants, bars and clubs, luxurious retail stores, spas, and other various entertainment facilities will be constructed.
In the 2nd and 3rd stages of project, 2.2 trillion won will be invested. In the 2nd stage of the project, 2 large malls, a concert hall, and residential facilities(apartments) will be constructed. In the 3rd stage of the project, boutique hotels, residential facilities, and office hotels will be constructed to complete the world class integrated resort.
It is expected that just the 1st stage of the project will create over 8,000 jobs and economic effects worth 1.6 trillion won. In the 3rd year of integrated resort operation(2020), the project is expected to employ 35,000 people and create economic effects of 3.2 trillion won and generate taxes of 454 billion won a year. As part of Park Geun-Hye government’s 3 year economic innovation plan and vitalization of MICE industry through aggrandizement and clustering of integrated resorts, Midan City is trying to attract 2nd and 3rd integrated resorts by world’s major investors and casino operators starting with Lippo & Caesars Integrated Resort. When Lippo & Caesars Integrated Resort and 2nd and 3rd integrated resorts are established in Midan City, the number of northeast Asian tourists is expected to grow drastically, which will contribute to increased profitability of tourism industry. By clustering integrated resorts in Midan City, high quality lifestyle and leisure activities can be provided to Korean and international tourists. Resort type condos and boutique hotels
Midan City offers opportunities to obtain permanent residency to foreign investors through the real estate investment immigration system. Various products including resort type condos, boutique hotels, private vacation homes, luxury villas, and resort type pensions have been planned. A resort type condominium complex with 1,750 units on 46 floors(Total area: 24,000㎡) is to be constructed in the leisure facility lot of Midan City for Chinese and other foreigners.
