미술교육 번역(한국어 원본)현대 사회는 다양화, 다원화된 사회이며 다량의 정보와 지식의 홍수 속에서 살아가고 있다. 시대의 변화에 따라 우리의 생활 속에서 포스트모더니즘의 영향을 받고 있고 포스트모더니즘 안에서 살고 있음에도 아직 이에 대한 인식이 부족하다. 또한 학교에서 이루어지는 미술교육 역시 기법 중심의 표현주의에만 머물러 있고 교사들의 방임 또한 미술교육에서 문제가 되고 있다. 포스트모더니즘의 영향을 받고 살아가고 있으며 우리의 생활과 미술은 밀접한 연관이 있기 때문에 학교에서의 미술교육 역시 포스트모더니즘의 시각에서 접근해야 할 필요가 있다.
본 연구는 포스트모더니즘을 초등학교 미술 회화지도에 적용하여 학생들의 미술 표현활동에 새로운 방향을 제시하여 주고, 포스트모더니즘과 우리의 삶을 연계하여 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 연구한 내용은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 포스트모더니즘의 특징, 포스트모더니즘과 미술 교육의 연관성을 살피고 미술 교육의 방향에 대하여 논의해 보았다.
둘째, 포스트모더니즘과 미술 교육의 연관성을 바탕으로 초등학교 미술 회화지도를 위한 내용을 교과서 분석을 통해 추출하고 단원 지도 계획을 재구성하였다.
셋째, 6학년의 두 개 단원, ‘8. 색과 생활’, ‘12. 현대 미술’ 단원의 재구성된 내용을 바탕으로 6학년 31명의 학생들에게 적용하였고, 그 결과를 분석하고 정리하여 보았다.
포스트모더니즘을 적용하여 재구성한 지도 계획을 바탕으로 지도한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 학생들의 미술 과목과 미술 시간에 대한 인식 변화이다. 포스트모더니즘을 적용하여 재구성한 수업을 적용한 후 표현활동뿐만 아니라 미적체험활동, 감상활동의 중요성도 알게 되었으며 미적체험활동을 바탕으로 효과적인 표현활동이 이루어질 수 있음을 이해하였다. |
미술교육 번역(영어 번역본)Today we live in a diversified and plural society filled with tons of information and knowledge. Through the changes in period, our lives have been affected by postmodernism and we are living in the midst of postmodernism but yet our awareness of such reality is insufficient. Also, art education in school has lingered in the technique-centered expressionism and the art teachers’ non-interference has become a big problem in art education. Because we are being affected by postmodernism and our life is closely related to art, art education in school must also be approached from a postmodern perspective.
The purpose of this study is to propose a new direction in students’ art expression and activities by applying postmodernism to art education in elementary schools, and to enhance the understanding by connecting our lives with postmodernism. The details are as follow:
First, I have examined the relevance of art education to postmodernism and discussed a new direction in art education.
Second, I extracted information for teaching drawing in elementary schools through textbook analysis based on the relevance of postmodernism to art education and reconstructed unit lesson plans.
Third, the reconstructed contents of two units from 6th grade art textbook, ‘Unit 8. Color and Living’ and ‘Unit 12. Modern Art’, have been applied to 31 students in 6th grade, and the results have been analyzed.
The results of the teaching based on the reconstructed lesson plans with the application of postmodernism are as follow:
First, changes in student awareness of art subject and art class were noticed. After implementing the lessons reconstructed through the application of postmodernism, the students came to understand the importance of not only expression but also aesthetic experience and art appreciation. Also, the students came to understand that their expression can be more effective with a basis on aesthetic experience in learning art. |
