X-RAY 검사기를 실외로 운반할 경우 장비의 특성상 CLEAN 상태를 유지해야 하므로 반드시 포장 절차를 거쳐서 운반을 하여야 합니다.

4) Air Wrap을 사용하여 최소 2회 이상 포장을 하여 외부로부터의 공기나 먼지의 차단 및 충격에 대비하여야 합니다.
5) 출하 포장 담당자는 출하 내용에 맞는 포장방법을 선택하여 제품포장을 하여야 합니다.
6) 장비를 나무 포장하는 경우 반드시 포장 전문업체에 의뢰하여 포장작업을 실시하여 주십시오.
7) 포장 완료 후 포장 BOX 표면에 적절한 번호를 기록하여 식별이 되도록 하여 주십시오.
8) 포장 BOX 표면에 취급주의의 스티커를 부착하여 운반 중에 취급을 주의 하도록 하여 주십시오.
9) 운반 중 어떠한 경우라도 수평을 반드시 유지하여야 합니다.

14) Lifting POINT
나무 포장 시 장비의 무게를 고려하여 장비가 수평이 될 수 있는 위치에 표시를 하여 지게차로 lifting을 할 경우 그 곳에 지게차의 LUG가 오도록 한다.
15) 장비 Lifting MARK
당사에서 출하되는 장비에는 포장 및 나무 포장 표면에 Lifting MARK 및 취급주의 스티커를 부착하고 있습니다. 반드시 Lifting MARK를 확인한 후 장비를 Lifting하여 주십시오.
– 장비 운반 시 만약 Lifting MARK나 취급주의 스티커가 떨어져 있거나 부착되지 않은 경우 반드시 당사에 연락하여 확인한 후 안전하게 운반하여 주십시오.
3.2 포장 해체
시스템은 공장에서 Air Wrap으로 포장하여 출하됩니다. 포장된 시스템이 설치 장소에 도착되면 운반 중 시스템에 파손이 되었는지 여부를 확인하기 위해 즉시 포장을 해체 하셔야 합니다. 해체 시 당사 직원을 입회 시키셔도 좋습니다.
X-RAY 검사기는 Air Wrap에 하나로 포장되어 출하됩니다. 포장된 X-RAY 검사기를 떨어뜨리면 X-RAY 검사기가 손상을 입을 수 있으므로 다룰 때는 특히 주의를 기울여 주시기 바랍니다.
X-RAY 검사기를 차에서 제품을 하차한 후 지게차, Hand Car 또는 손으로 밀어서 설치 장소 근처까지 포장을 해체하지 않은 상태로 옮겨주십시오.
– 제품 하차 또는 이동 시 지게차나 Hand Car를 사용할 경우, 전복 위험이 있사오니 제품 무게를 확인 하신 후 지게차나Hand Car의 용량을 결정해 주시고 관계자 외에는 기기로부터 거리를 유지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

In case the X-ray Inspection System should be moved outdoors, proper packaging is necessary since the system must be kept clean.
1) Basic packaging of the device must be conducted in a clean room. Please clean the entire device prior to packaging.
2) All components should be fixed with ropes or tapes to prevent moving.
3) An appropriate amount of desiccants should be included in the packaging.
4) Wrap the device at least twice with an air-tight wrap to seal the device from external air or dust, and to protect against shocks.
5) Person in charge of packaging should select a proper packaging method according to the details of the sale.
6) For wood packaging, you must hire a packaging specialist to conduct the packaging.
7) Please number the boxes appropriately to enable proper identification.
8) Please attach “Handle with Caution” sticker on the box to ensure careful delivery.
9) The device must in any case remain horizontal during the delivery.
10) In case the delivery is made with a vehicle, please confirm that the surface of the vehicle is appropriate for the delivery, that it can withstand the weight of the device, and that it is flat.
11) The vehicle may not move while the device is being loaded.

14) Lifting Position
In case wooden packaging is used, mark the places to maintain the device horizontal to the ground in consideration of its weight, and make the lugs of the forklift correspond to the marks.
15) Lift symbols
All devices sold by SEC have lift symbols and Handle with Caution sticker attached to the packaging and the wooden packaging. Please confirm the symbols to lift the device.
– In case the lift symbol or Handle with Caution sticker it not attached to the device, please contact SEC to confirm the fact and deliver the device safely.
3.2 Unwrapping
The system is manufactured with air-tight wrap packaging from the factory. When the packaged system arrives at the location of installation, please unwrap the system to check whether the system experienced any damages. You may request for an employee of SEC when unwrapping the system.
The X-ray Inspector System is shipped in a single air-tight package. Dropping the system may result in damages to the machine, so please exercise extreme caution in dealing with the device.
After unloading the device from the vehicle, please move the device to the vicinity of desired location with a forklift, hand cart or hands with all packaging intact.
When unloading or moving the device with a forklift or a hand cart, the device may be toppled upside down. Please confirm the weight of the device to determine appropriate capacity for the forklift or hand cart, and keep a safe distance from the device unless you are directly involved in the moving.
The device is shipped from the factory with a caster attached to the bottom of the product to facilitate moving. In case you are pushing the device with your hands, please have at least ten persons to prevent toppling of the device. |
