소음도 번역(한국어 원본)6.1 plant battery에서 600m 떨어진 지점에서의 소음도를 예측 하기 위해 project boundary에서 1km떨어진 곳까지 simulation했으며, 600m떨어진 지점에서의 소음도를 noise map에 표시하였다.

6.2 turbine driven pump인 60-PC-1801A(SWLP)의 소음도는 90dBA이고, 61-PC-1801A(CCCWP)의 소음도는 89dBA이다. 소음을 저감 하기 위해 enclosure를 한다면 work area limit인 85dBA을 만족할 것이다. 하지만 Enclosure가 반영된 vender data는 아직 없다. 그래서 Enclosure를 반영한 noise map은 final stage에 다시 작성 할 것이다. 따라서 현 시점에서는 이 area를 noise limit을 초과하는 restricted area로 지정하지 않겠다.
AIR COMPRESSOR(A,B,C)에 부착된 Silencers 54-AS-1801, 56-AS-1801, 63-AS-1802는 소음저감장치(device)로써 Silencer 설치 후의 소음도(VENDOR DATA)를 반영하였다.
6.3 fire water pump는 Closed shelter내에서 가동되며, 한면만 open되어있다. Fire water pump가 위치한 target area4에서 simulation한 결과는 [figure 6-1-6]에서 볼 수 있고, fire water pump 소음으로 인한 다른 target area로의 영향은 없는것으로 조사되었다.
7.3 emergency case
simulation결과 모든 area에서 Absolute limit인 115를 초과하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
6.2.1 work area noise
대부분의 area에서 work area limit 인 85dBA를 만족하나 SEA WATER LIFT PUMP(60-PC-1801A)와 Closed Circuit Cooling Water Pump(61-PC-1801A)에서 89~90dBA의 소음이 발생하고 있어 이 pump 주변에서 work area limit을 초과하는 것으로 나타났다.
7.4 Target area5에 위치한 RTG CRANES은 가동 시 90dBA 소음이 발생하나 지상에서 5M 상부에 위치하고, 사용시에만 소음이 발생하기 때문에 그 주변에 permanent warning signs to indicate mandatory use of ear protectors를 부착해야한다.
vendor에서 각 equipment의 소음도가 85를 초과하지 않도록 silencer, enclosure와 같은 소음 저감장치를 반영하여야 하며, 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 restricted area가 생길 경우 각 장비의 특성에 따라 barrier, lagging 등과 같은 추가적인 noise control treatments가 고려 되어야 한다. |

6.2 The turbine-driven 60-PC-1801A(SWLP) pump’s noise level is 90dBA, and the noise level of 61-PC-1801A(CCCWP) is 89dBA. If the pumps are enclosed to reduce noise, they will satisfy the work area limit of 85dBA. Because vendor data of the enclosed system are currently unavailable, the noise map will be re-drawn at the final stage to include the enclosure effects. For now, this area will not assumed to be a restricted area in which the noise limit is exceeded.
Silencers 54-AS-1801, 56-AS-1801, and 63-AS-1802, installed on air compressors A, B, and C, are noise reduction devices, whose noise levels (from vendor data) were included in the simulation.
6.3 Fire water pump is activated within the closed shelter, and only one of its sides is open. The simulation results of target area 4, where the pump is installed, are shown in Fig. 6-1-6. The pump’s noise did not affect other target areas.
7.3 Emergency Case
The simulation results showed that in all target areas, the noise level did not exceed the absolute limit of 115 dBA.
6.2.1 Work Area Noise
All target areas satisfied the work area limit of 85 dBA, except the sea water lift pump (60-PC-1801A) and the closed circuit cooling water pump (61-PC-1801A), whose noise levels were around 89~90 dBA.
7.4 RTG Cranes in target area 5 caused a noise level of 90 dBA. Since the cranes are located 5m above the ground and they produce noise only during operation, warning signs must be placed around the area for permanent and mandatory use of ear protectors.
To reduce the noise level of each equipment below 85 dBA, silencers and enclosures must be employed. If restricted areas still occur, additional noise control measures, such as barrier and lagging, must be used depending on the characteristics of each equipment. |
