스켈링 번역(한국어 원본)현대사회는 다양한 음식들을 섭취할 수 있는 기회가 많아졌다. 반면, 치아 건강에 대해서는 그렇게 높아지고 있지 못한 실정이며, 인플란트, 아말갈(crown)등을 하는 경우가 늘어난 추세이다. 이처럼 치아에 대한 건강을 소홀히 하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 치과건강행태에 대하여 설문을 통하여 157명의 샘플을 모았다. 정기적 스켈링을 하는 그룹은 84%가 치아상태가 건강하다고 생각하는 반면, 비정기적 스켈링 그룹은 59.8%가 보통이라고 생각하였다(p<0.001). 정기적 치과검진도 정기적 스켈링을 하는 그룹이 92..%로 비정기적 치과검진 그룹 11.0%보다 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 외출시 치약을 가지고 다니는 비율도 정기적 스켈링 그룹은 88.0%로 비정기적 스켈링 그룹 27.5%보다 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 불소를 이용한 구강관리 방법을 알고 있는 비율도 정기적 스켈링 그룹은 89.3%로 비정기적 스켈링 그룹은 40.2% 보다 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 이처럼 두그룹간 유의하게 생존한 변수를 기반으로 정기적 스켈링 유무를 예측하는 모형을 만들었다. 로지스틱 회귀분석결과로 예측한 결과는 92.5%로 신경망보다 높게 나타났다. 신경망 모형을 통하여 정기적 스켈링 유무를 에측한 결과 트레이닝 96.61%, 검증용 84.85%였다. 비정기적 스켈링 환자를 대상으로 정기적 스켈링을 유도하여 구강건강 증진을 높일 수 있는 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. |

However, the level of awareness for dental care is still more or less the same and there are increased number of cases of implant and crown etc. People do not care about their dental health as much as they should. A survey was carried out about dental care and 157 samples were produced. 84% of those who received dental scaling service regularly thought their dental health was good. However 59.8% of those who receives dental scaling service irregularly thought their dental health was normal (p<0.001). Those that took regular dental scaling service also received regular dental checkup (92%), compared to 11% of those from the people that did not receive dental scaling service regularly (p<0.001). Higher percentage of those that receive dental scaling service regularly carried toothpaste when going out (88%), compared to 27.5% from those that did not take dental scaling service regularly (p<0.001). Also more from those that took scaling service regularly knew about using fluorine to care about their dental health (89.3%), compared to 40.2% from those who didn’t (p<0.001). Likewise, based on the variables that existed in these two groups, a model was made that predicts the regular dental scaling. The result predicted by logistic regression analysis was 92.5%, which was higher than Neural Network. When regular scaling practice was predicted through the Neural Network model, the training purpose was 96.61% and verification purpose was 84.85%. By enticing the irregular scaling patients to take scaling service more regularly, it is intended to utilize this study to improve the dental health of the public. |
