Q U-know Yunho wore a unique black suit. What did you concentrate on when styling him?
A A basic black suit may look dressy, but sometimes even overly stiff and boring. If your closet is already filled with basic black suits, why don’t you buy one with a unique detail? The suit that U-know Yunho chose has a checked pattern fabric unbalancly padded onto the jacket’s collar. It gives a stylish and punky vibe. Thought it may stand out too much in everyday life, it may serve as a great choice for special events like parties during the end of year. Max Changmin STYLE
Q Max Changmin’s tuxedo style layered with a single coat is interesting. What was his styling point?
A This is a double breasted design that is not often used on tuxedo jackets. It becomes more unique with the belt decoration so I did not style it with a bow tie. Instead, I completed a young and trendy style by opening the shirt and putting a silk scarf on. A single coat that fits well is a useful item that goes well with any style. It even looks nice with a tuxedo suit that may look too heavy and boring. Ara Go STYLE
Q Ara Go’s black and white style along with a red belt as a unique decoration will be a great reference for many women during the end of year season. What was her styling point?
A Many women spend a lot of money shopping new clothings and bold items during the end of year when there’s a lot of meetings. What about investing in colorful and fancy accessories? Look for belts, shoes, bags that can stand out when matched up with everyday silky blouses, simple skirts, and mini dresses. It will complete a sophisticated style rather than unnaturally styled clothes.
Q People want to enjoy the end of year parties in fashionable looks. However, they are hesitant of trying on bold clothings and accessories that they usually do not use. Please suggest holiday styling for men and women.
A If you are a guy do not forget about the suit. You should show off your masculine charm in an enjoyable party. If the color or material is too fancy it may look awkaward, so I suggest you choose a well-made black suit that fits well. Also, the shirt should be simple. If you style it with a pocket square or boutonnier instead of a tie or a bow tie, you may complete a classy suit style that stands out. For women, I recommend mini dresses and skirts rather than pants. A simple mini black dress is the best item that is both feminine and sexy. Bold necklaces or earrings can complete an elegant and stylish party look. |
