This Bosch-Norm does not have any impact on the supplier obligation to comply with legal requirements (as e. g. national legislation).
4 Material change
Changes of supplied materials on the basis of alterations of statutory requirements are to be coordinated early with the responsible Bosch purchasing authority.
This applies in particular if, in the case of statutory requirements, a limited exception has been used and the term of exception is ending. In the absence of any other agreement the material changes have to be completed one year ahead of the statutory date at the latest.
5 Informing suppliers
Always the valid version of the N 2580-1, the supplier declaration and an information letter on what has changed compared to the preceding edition are available at www.bosch.com (click path: > Purchasing & logistics > Download service). If required, Bosch purchasing can send the supplier an action-specific supplier declaration that is abridged and/or filled in in advance (see appendix tab “Notes”).
6 Rules for performing the declaration
6.1 Supplier declaration
This Bosch-Norm makes available, with the appendix “Supplier declaration”, the option of an electronic declaration (Excel file). Regarding the use of other declaration formats see section 6.2 How to process the supplier declaration is described in tab “Notes” in the supplier declaration.
The supplier declaration needs to be returned to the responsible Bosch purchasing authority as follows: The cover sheet signed and in raster format (e. g. PDF) together with the entire Excel file in one e-mail. By exception, e. g. in the absence of the data processing conditions, the supplier declaration may be sent to Bosch on paper.
In the Bosch business division Automotive Aftermarket the following applies: for merchandize for the Independent After Market (IAM) the appendix “Supplier Declaration” has to be used.
6.2 Using other declaration formats
Declaration formats that are standardized externally or else accepted by the Bosch customer may be used if they comply with the content required as per the appendix “Supplier declaration”.
Example: The declaration of electronic components can be performed in accordance with IPC-1752.
Family declarations in accordance with Umbrella Specs as defined by ZVEI are accepted.
If Bosch customers make the use of certain declaration systems mandatory suppliers can be obligated to use them.
* The appendix “Supplier declaration” must not substitute these systems that are made mandatory by the Bosch customer. Declarations made in these systems need not be processed additionally via the supplier declaration.
* If the supplier changes information in systems made mandatory by the Bosch customer, it is required that the responsible Bosch purchasing authority be notified accordingly in writing.
* The use of systems made mandatory by Bosch customers is valid regardless of whether substances rated declarable according to N 2580-1 are or are not included. |

6 신고 수행에 대한 규칙
6.1 공급자 신고
본 Bosch-표준은 “공급자 신고” 부록과 함께 전자 신고로도 입수 가능하다 (엑셀 파일). 다른 신고 형식의 사용에 대해서는, 제 6.2절 (공급자 신고 처리법)을 참고 하기 바라며, 공급자 신고에 있는 “주석”에 설명되어 있다.
공급자 신고는 다음과 같이 해당 Bosch 구매 담당자에게 제출해야 한다.
서명한 표지와 PDF 같은 래스터 형식(raster format)으로 작성하여 엑셀 파일과 함께 한 개의 이메일로 보낸다. 단, 데이터 처리를 할 수 없는 경우, 공급자 신고를 종이 형식으로 Bosch로 보내도 된다.
Bosch의 사업부 Automotive Aftermarket에서는 다음 사항을 적용한다. 독립 애프터 마켓(Independent After Market)의 경우, 부록 “공급자 신고”를 적용해야 한다.
6.2 기타 신고 형식
외부적으로 표준화 되었거나 Bosch 고객들이 수용하는 신고 형식들은 부록 “공급자 신고”에서 요구하는 내용을 준수하는 경우 사용할 수 있다.
예: 전자 부품의 신고는 IPC-1752에 따라 수행할 수 있다. ZVEI에 정의한 대로 포괄 사양(Umbrella Specs)를 따른 가족 신고는 허용된다.
