6.1 유지 보수 주의사항

본 장은 제품을 오랫동안 안전하게 유지하기 위한 방법에 관해 설명되어 있습니다.

유지 보수는 시스템의 위험 사항을 이해하고 있는 교육을 받은 2인 이상의 유지 보수 요원에 의해서 수행되어져야 합니다.

유지 보수 시 적절한 보호 장비를 착용하지 않으면 사망하거나 심각한 상해를 입을 수 있으니 본 설명서에 언급되어 있는 보호 장비를 반드시 착용하고 유지 보수에 임해 주시기 바랍니다.

유지 보수를 하기 앞서 전원을 차단해 주십시오.

유지 보수 시 접근 금지 푯말을 작업장에 세워둔 채로 작업을 실시하여 주십시오.

유지 보수를 한 내용은 다음 유지 보수 시 참고로 하기 위해 기록을 해 두십시오.

해체된 부품은 안전하게 관리 하여야 합니다.

시스템의 재조립 순서에 익숙할 때까지 분해해서는 안됩니다.

시스템의 조립은 해체 순서의 역순으로 실시하여 주십시오.

조립 시 Bolt 및 Nut는 제자리에 정확히 조여 주십시오.

유지 보수 시 당사에서 지정한 부품 이외의 다른 부품을 사용하지 마십시오.

지정된 부품 이외의 부품이 사용될 경우, 사고의 원인이  될 수 있습니다.

6.1.1 보수 보전시의 주의점 

1.보수, 점검, 조정, 급유 또는 청소를 할 경우에는, 장비에 대해 충분히 교육을 받은 사람이 조작하여야 하며 반드시 규정된 순서에 따라 기계의 전원을 차단한 후 안전하게 작업해 주십시오.

6.1.2 유지 보수시의 주의점

1.유지 보수 작업을 할 때는 감전 등의 위험을 사전에 차단하기 위해 장비 후면의 메인 전원 플러그를 뽑고 나서 작업을 해야 합니다.

2.전원 플러그를 뽑아 놓고 유지 보수 작업을 하는 도중에 타인이 모르고 플러그를 꽂을 수가 있으므로 다음과 같은 안전조치를 한 다음 유지보수 작업을 

수행하여 주십시오.

3. 안전 센서는 불가피한 경우 또는 유지 보수 시를 제외하고는 반드시 사용하여야 하며 검사 작업 전에는 반드시 안전센서의 작동여부를 확인하여야 합니다.

본 설비의 조작이나 유지 보수를 행할 때에는 위험방지 및 설비의

파손을 방지하기 위하여 위의 사항을 숙지하시고 안전수칙을 반드시 준수해 주시기 바랍니다.

6.1.3 기타 주의사항 

1. 안전을 확보하기 위하여, 기계 본체 및 제어장치는 절대로 개조하지 마십시오.

2. 시스템에 문제 발생시 신중하게 상태를 판단하고 취급해 주십시오.

3. 위험한 기계의 가동범위 내에는 신체(신체의 일부 및 의류포함)가 쉽게 들어가지 않도록 지도 또는 조치하여 주십시오.

4. 지진, 풍수해, 화재 등의 경우에는 즉시 기계를 정지 후 전원을 끊고 기계로의 공급 전원을 차단해 주십시오.

5. 기계가 오작동 하지 않도록 다른 설비 등에 Noise 발생방지를 위한 조치를 취해주십시오.

6.1 Cautions for Maintenance

This chapter includes guidelines for safe usage of the device for a long period.

Maintenance must be performed by at least two maintenance workers who have received appropriate training and understand potential risks of the system.

Failure to wear proper safety devices may result in death or serious injury.  Please wear the safety devices when conducting maintenance as instructed by this user manual.

Turn off the device before performing maintenance.

Set up a Do Not Enter sign when conducting maintenance.  Record the maintenance details for reference in the next maintenance.

Handle the disassembled components with care.

Do not disassemble the device until you are familiar with the procedures to reassemble the device.

Reassemble the system in the reverse order of disassembly.

Make sure to tighten bolts and nuts in the correct places when assembling the device.

Do not use components not approved by SEC.

Usage of unapproved components may result in an accident.

6.1.1 Cautions for Routine Maintenance

1. Only a person who has received sufficient training about the device shall perform maintenance, inspection, adjustment, fueling or cleaning.  Please turn off the device first, and conduct the work safely according to the set sequence.

6.1.2 Cautions for Periodic Maintenance

1.  Please unplug the main power chord before conducting periodic maintenance to prevent electric shocks.

2.  To prevent others from accidentally plugging in the device while the maintenance is in progress, please follow the safety measures below before conducting maintenance.

3.  Safety sensor must be used unless its use is not feasible or it is the object of maintenance.  The maintenance personnel must first check if the safety sensor works normally before conducting maintenance.

When operating or conducting maintenance on this device, please understand and heed the above cautions and follow the safety guidelines to ensure safety and prevent damages to the device.

6.1.3 General Cautions

1. For safety, do not in any case modify the main body and control unit of the device.

2. In case of a system error, examine the situation carefully and make an appropriate response.

3. Train the users or arrange the device such that a body part (including clothes) does not easily enter an operation range of a dangerous device.

4. In case of an earthquake, flood, fire, etc., stop the device immediately, unplug it and stop the power supply to the device.

5. Make necessary efforts to prevent noise from nearby devices to prevent malfunctions.
