의류 쇼핑몰 번역(영어 번역본)The purpose of this research was to categorize different studies conducted on online fashion stores in past 10 years based on the type of study and to reclassify types of the online fashion stores based on the criteria used in previous studies. The result is as follows. First, it was found that 116 studies out of 118 studies on online fashion stores conducted from 2000 to recent years were based on PC web. It was shown that the majority of relevant studies were focused on PC web-based fashion stores. Second, the studies on PC web-based fashion stores were reclassified into 10 different categories based on their topics: purchase behavior, word-of-mouth behavior, website and product information presentation, shopping addiction, products for sale, return behavior, customer service, system internal system of website, present condition and marketing strategy, and promotions. However, mobile web-based studies were categorized into 2 categories, which were study on introduction of the fashion stores and study on purchase behavior. Third, in order to observe studies conducted at different times, we once again reclassified the studies chronologically. Studies were divided into early phase (2000-2003), middle phase (2004-2007), and latter phase (2008-2011), with each phase 4 years long. In the early phase, in addition to studies on purchase behavior, studies on present condition, marketing strategy, and website constituted the majority of studies conducted because the research on the field was just starting to grow. In the middle phase, various studies such as studies on service, system, shopping addiction, and promotions were conducted. The number of studies also increased from 28 in the early phase to 44 in the middle phase. However, studies conducted in the latter phase showed new patterns of study, such as word-of-mouth effect and return behavior. Fourth, in order to conduct an effective study on diversifying fashion market and develop a new classification system for fashion stores, we reclassified the types of fashion stores according to their merchandise, form of sale, and form of operation. For merchandise-based classification, stores were classified through 5 steps. For classification based on the form of sale, either 2 or 3 steps were involved in the classification process. Finally, for classification based on the form of operation, 2 steps were involved. For future studies to be conducted on competitive PC web-based fashion stores, more specific classification of studies according to their purpose is necessary for developing a more effective marketing strategy. On the other hand, studies regarding mobile web-based fashion stores must be conducted on subjects with relevant experience, since most of the subjects do not have direct experience purchasing fashion items on mobile web. |
