제품 개발 번역(한국어 원본)제품 개발의 초점은 제품 중심이 아니라 제품을 사용하는 인간 중심으로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 차량의 운전석뿐만 아니라 스포츠 기구, 재활 의료 기구 등의 설계 및 해석에서는 제품과 인체를 동시에 고려하는 것이 필수적이다. 인간 중심의 제품 설계와 해석을 위해서는 가상 환경에서의 제품과 함께 그것을 사용하는 인간을 동시에 고려해야 한다. 현재 가상 인체 모델을 사용하는 다양한 종류의 CAD 및 CAE software가 상용되고 있다. 하지만 아직 가상 인체 모델과 제품 모델 사이의 연결관계를 명확하게 정의해주는 기능이 부족하므로, 이 논문에서는 designer가 명확하면서도 쉽게 이를 정의할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 이를 위해 제품을 사용하는 인간의 행동을 계층적으로 분류하고, 선택된 행동에 대한 인체자세를 역기구학 알고리즘을 사용하여 구현할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 인체 모델과 제품 모델의 연결지점은 가상 조인트로써 관리되며, 본 논문에서는 이러한 기능들이 human-product interaction manager속에 통합되어 CAD system 내에서 사용되는 예를 보인다. |
