가. 운 반
1) INVERTER의 운반시에는 중량 관계로 반드시 운반용 장비를 사용하여 운반
하여야 합니다. 바닥면이 평평하고 운반거리가 짧은 경우에는 바퀴를 사용하
여 운반하면 됩니다.
2) 강제적으로 운반하거나 전기적인 충격은 불량요인이 되므로 주의해야 합니다
(운반용 공구를 날카로운 기구등을 사용해서는 안됩니다.)
3) 장비의 외관 및 내부검사를 실시하여 파손된 부분이 있는지 확인합니다.
(파손된 상태를 확인할 경우 전원투입을 하지마시고 본사로 연락을 하십시오.)
나. 설 치
1) 설치 전 보관
설치 전 INVERTER는 습기, 먼지 그 외의 장비에 해로운 이물질로부터 보호되 어야 합니다.
2) INVERTER의 성능 및 수명을 위하여 통풍구는 전후 측면에 설치되어 있으므로 원활한 통풍을 위해 벽면으로부터 좌우 뒷면은 30cm이상 간격을 두어 설치합 니다
다 . 운전 환경조건
1) 주위온도 : 1) 운전시 : 최고40℃, (최적온도 20℃ ± 5℃)
2) 보관시 : -20℃ ～ +60℃
2) 습 도 : 30 ～ 90%
3) 표 고 : 해발 1,000m 이하
4) 설치장소 : 옥내(분진, 또는 유독성 가스가 없는 곳)
제 3 장 운전 절차
가. 사전 유의 사항
1) 본 장비의 운전에 앞서 사용자는 기동 / 정지 및 고장 점검 등에 대하여 당사에 서 제공한 매뉴얼을 충분히 읽어본 후에 하시기 바랍니다.
2) 전기 배선이 정확히 연결되어 있는지 확인합니다.
(입출력 전압사양과 맞게 연결했는지 반드시 확인하십시오.)
3) INVERTER를 정지시킬 경우에도 보수 점검이나 수리시에는 항상 내부에 충전
되어있는 콘덴서 등의 전압이 고압이므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.
나. 준비사항
1) 입력차단기(CB1), 출력차단기(CB2)가 OFF되어 있는지 확인합니다.
2) 입력전원이 INVERTER의 입력전원사양과 같이 정상적으로 연결되어 있는지
확인 합니다.
입력 : 100 ~ 140VDC
출력 : 220VAC(50Hz)
다. 운전 및 정지 요령

※모든 차단기가 OFF된 상태에서 아래 절차에 따라 장비를 운전합니다.
1. INVERTER 운전 (순서대로)
1.1 입력차단기(CB1)를 “ON”합니다.
(전면 제어반(LCD DISPLAY) 상태 표시와 LCD 액정에 문자표시가 됩니다)
1.2 전면 DISPLAY 부분의 ON Button을 누릅니다..(인버터 모드)
(이때에는 서서히 내부 FAN 동작하는 소음으로 확인하시면 됩니다)
1.3 출력측의 부하연결 상태를 확인한후에 출력차단기(CB2)를 “ON”합
니다.
이때에는 출력전압이 부하측에 공급되므로 부하장비의 전압사양을 반드시 확인하 시기 바랍니다.
반드시 순차적으로 차단기를 투입하여야 하며, 무작위로 차단기 투입시
장비 고장의 원인이 될 수 있으므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.
⁃⁃ 정 지 요 령 ⁃⁃
※ 출력측에 연결되어 있는 부하장비의 사용여부를 반드시 확인하시고 정지하여야 합 니다.
1. INVERTER 정지(순서대로)
1.1 출력차단기(CB2)를 OFF 합니다.
1.2 전면 DISPLAY 부분의 OFF Button을 누릅니다.
1.3 입력 차단기(CB1)를 OFF 합니다.

본 INVERTER는 모든 상태를 정밀하게 조정해서 출고되는 장비이므로 별도 사용자가
조정 할 부분은 없으므로 절대 조정이나 내부 분해하지 마시기 바랍니다.
그 외의 특수한 상황이나 점검시에는 당사에 문의하여 적절한 조치를 받을수 있도록 하시기 바랍니다.
제 4 장 LCD DISPLAY 사용법
1. 개요
본 INVERTER는 LCD 및 LED를 이용하여 INVERTER의 동작상태를 사용자 가 쉽게 알아볼 수 있도록 하였으며, 각종 계측값은 디지털 DISPLAY를 채용하 여 사용자에게 보다 정확한 정보를 알기 쉽게 하도록 하였습니다.

이전 메뉴로 돌아감(UP KEY).
이후 메뉴로 돌아감(DOWN KEY)

알람이 발생하면 울리는 부저를 STOP 시키며 새로운 알람이 발생하면 다시 울리도록 되어 있습니다.
각 KEY PAD를 길게 누르지 않도록 주의하시기 바랍니다. 해당 KEY를 길게 누르면 세부적인 세팅에 들어갈수 있는 기능이 설정되기 때문입니다. |

A. Transport
1) As the inverter is heavy, it is advisable to use transport equipment to transport it. If the floor is flat and the transport distance is short, wheels can be used to transport the inverter.
2) As forced transport or electric shock may cause defects, caution must be exercised (Sharp instruments should be used when the inverter is transported.)
3) The appearance and inside of the equipment must inspected to check if anything is damaged. (If you find any damage, do not supply power, and contact us.)
B. Installation
1) Storage before installation
Before installation, the inverter must be protected from foreign materials harmful to the equipment, such as moisture and dust.
2) For the performance and life of the inverter, vents are installed on the front, back and sides. So for efficient ventilation, the front, back and sides of the inverter must be installed more than 30cm away from the walls.
C . Operating environment
1) Ambient temperature: 1) During operation: max 40℃, (optimal temperature 20℃ ± 5℃)
2) During storage: -20℃ ～ +60℃
2) Humidity: 30 ～ 90%
3) Altitude: 1,000m or less above sea level
4) Installation location: Indoors (where there is no dust or toxic gas)
Chapter 3 Operating procedure
A. Preliminary instructions
1) Before operating this equipment, users must read the manual we provide in regard to startup/stop and inspection of faults.
2) Users must check if electric wires are correctly connected.
(Please check if they are connected in accordance with the input/output voltage specifications.)
3) Even if the inverter is stopped, the condenser, always electrically charged inside the inverter, has high voltage. So caution must be exercised during maintenance or repair work.
B. Preparations
1) Check if the input circuit breaker (CB1) and the output circuit breaker (CB2) are turned OFF.
2) Check if the input power is the same as the imput power specification of the inverter.

C. Operating and stopping instructions

※ Operate the equipment according to the following procedure with all circuit breakers OFF.
1. Operating the inverter (in sequence)
1.1 Turn the input circuit breaker (CB1) “ON.”
(Status will be displayed on the front control panel (LCD DISPLAY) and characters are displayed on the LCD panel.)
1.2 Press the ON button on the front DISPLAY. (inverter mode) (At this time, you will only need to listen to the sound of the fan slowly rotating inside the inverter.)
1.3 You must turn the output circuit breaker (CB2) after checking the load connection status on the output side. At this time, as the output voltage is supplied to the load side, you must check the voltage specs of the load system.
The circuit breakers must be engaged sequentially, and if circuit breakers are engaged randomly, the machine may break down. So caution must be exercised.

※ You must check whether the load system connected to the output side is in use before stopping them.
1. Stopping the inverter (in sequence)
1.1 Turn the output circuit breaker (CB2) OFF.

As this inverter is fine-tuned before shipment, there is nothing users can adjust. So do not adjust it or disassemble it.

Chapter 4 How to use the LCD DISPLAY
1. Outline
This inverter uses LCD and LED to allow users to easily see the action status of the inverter, and various measurement values are shown on the digital display so that users can get more accurate information easily.
2. KEY PAD
Return to the previous menu (UP KEY).
Go to the next menu (DOWN KEY)
Choose between event and metering
BUZZER STOP
INVERTER ON BUTTON SWITCH
INVERTER OFF BUTTON SWITCH
If an alarm is sounded, the buzzer will be stopped, and if a new alarm is sounded, the buzzer will go off again.
