4.3 사용검사단계에서 실외소음도 측정방법
건물이 완공된 후에 실외소음도를 측정하는 것으로 5층이하와 6층이상으로 구분하여 측정한다. 마이크로폰은 외벽으로부터 1m 이격하고 바닥면으로부터 1.2~1.5m에 설치한다. 5층 이하는 1층과 5층에서 동시 측정한다. 6층 이상의 층에서는 예측된 외부소음가 가장 높은 층을 포함하여 상하 격층으로 1개씩, 총 3개층에서 동시에 측정하여야 한다.
측정은 낮시간대(06:00~22:00)와 밤시간대(22:00~06:00)에 실시한다. 시간대는 낮시간대에는 각 측정지점에서 출근시간대 (07:00~09:00)와 퇴근시간대(17:00~ 20:00)를 포함하여 2시간이상 간격으로 1회 5분간 4회 이상 등가소음도(equivalent noise level)를 측정하여 산술평균한다.
밤시간대에는 각 측정지점에서 22:00~24:00의 시간대를 포함하여 2시간이상 간격으로 1회 5분간 2회 이상 등가소음도를 측정하여 산술평균한다. 또한 측정은 일일 교통량이 가장 많은 요일에 실시하도록 하고 있다.
4.4 사용검사단계에서 실내소음도 측정방법
실내소음도 측정은 예측된 실내소음도가 가장 높은 층을 포함하여 상하 격층으로 1개씩 총 3개층에서 동시에 실시하여야 한다. 도로에 접한 실이 거실인 경우에는 개구부로부터 1m 이격한 3개 이상의 측정점을 균등히 배치하여 측정한다. 높이는 바닥으로부터 1.2~1.5m로 한다. 도로에 접한 실이 침실인 경우에는 실내에 고르게 분포하는 4개이상의 측정점에서 동시 측정하여야 한다. 측정시간대 선정방법은 실외소음도 측정방법과 동일하다. 3개 층을 동시에 측정해야하기 때문에 최대 마이크로폰이 12개가 필요하게 되어 측정시 소요되는 장비가 증가되었다고 할 수 있다.

Also, measurements must be taken on days when daily traffic volume is the greatest.
4.4 Method of measuring the indoor noise level in the use testing stage
The indoor noise level must be measured simultaneously every other floor on a total of three floors including the floor whose predicted indoor noise level was the highest. If the room facing the road is the living room, three or more measurement points 1m from the opening must be evenly distributed for measurement. The height must be 1.2~1.5m from the floor. If the room facing the road is a bedroom, 4 or more measurement points must be evenly distributed inside the room for simultaneous measurement. The method of selecting measurement time slots is the same as that for the outdoor noise level measurement method. As 3 floors must be measured at the same time, at least 12 microphones will be required, so the quantity of measurement equipment can be said to have increased.
