제품소개
1) 합지제품(Lamination Fabric)
접착제를 이용하여 필름과 부직포를 합지 하는 방식으로 일정한 경화 및 숙성시간을 거치면서 강한 접착력을 지닌 제품이다.
MOTRA Fabric-Breathable type
: 통기성 PE Film(Micro porous film)에 부직포를 라미네이트한 제품으로 부드럽고 가벼우며, 공기는 통과할수있으며 방수기능을 지님
-용도:산업용 보호복, 건축용, 메트리스커버, 메디컬시트 및 의류, 포장재, 성인용 기저귀 시트등.
MOTRA Fabric-Non Breathable type
:부직포에 방수능력 및 내화학성이ㅣ 뛰어난 PO필름을 라미네이트한 제품으로 부드러우며 강도가 뛰어남
-용도:내화학성부직포, 건축용등.
2)통기성 필름(Micro Porous Film)
폴리에칠렌 (Polyethylene resin)이외에 탄산칼슘(CaCo3)을 첨가 압출 및 연신을
한 필름을 말하며 미세한 기공을 지니고 있어 액체는 투과 할 수 없지만 기체는 통과 할수 있는 고기능성 필름을 말한다.
주 용도는 기저귀 및 생리대 백시트(back sheet), 일회용 작업복 목조주택용 건축자재 (House wrap)등에 주로 사용된다.
3) 코딩제품(Coating Fabric)
친수처리, 항균 처리, 대전처리 부직포의 특성 등을 고려하여 고객의 요구에 맞게 다양한 후가공 처리 가능.
4)건축용 단열재(House wrap)
하우스 랩은 목조용 건축물에 방습, 방풍, 결로 방지 및 단열의 특성을 지닌 에너지 절약형의 친환경 고기능성 시트제품입니다.
투습은 되지만 물은 통과되지 않으며 단열효과를 지니고 있으며 자외선에서도 내구성을 가지며 통기성필름과 뛰어난 강도의 PET 부직포를 합지한 신개념 빌딩페이퍼(Building paper)입니다.
5)보호복 : 산업용보호복(Disposable Coverall)
산업용보호복(Disposable Coverall):통기성 필름(Micro porous)과 spun bond 부직포의 이중구조 미세분진 및 액체방어력 우수하며 가볍고 착용감이 뛰어남.
6)보호복 : 케미칼 보호복(Chemical Coverall)
케미칼 보호복(Chemical Coverall):화학 제품에 대한 방어력이 우수함(Seam Sealing Tape 사용가능)

About our products
1) Lamination Fabric
For lamination fabric, film and non-woven fabric are laminated by adhesives. After stiffening and aging, the products gain more adhesive strength.
MOTRA Fabric-Breathable type
: Composed of non-woven fabric laminated onto porous PE Film (Micro porous film), the product is soft, light, air-permeable but water-resistant.
-Uses: Industrial disposable coveralls, construction, mattress covers, medical sheets and clothing, diapers for adults, etc.
MOTRA Fabric-Non Breathable type
: Composed of non-woven fabric laminated onto water- and chemical-resistant PO film, the product is soft and strong.
-Uses: Chemical-resistant non-woven fabric, construction, etc.
2) Micro Porous Film
It refers to film extruded and stretched with polyethylene resin and calcium carbonate (CaCo3). Because it contains micro pores, this high performance film is air-permeable but liquid-resistant.
Main uses include diapers, back sheet of sanitary pads, disposable coveralls, and construction material (house wrap) for wooden buildings.
3) Coating Fabric
It uses hydrophilic, anti-bacterial, and static electricity-resistant non-woven fabric. It can be modified by post-processing according to the customer’s needs.
4) House wrap
House wrap is environment-friendly, high performance sheet that saves energy in wooden buildings. It is moisture-proof, wind-proof, dew-proof, and insulating.
It lets moisture pass through but resists water, has insulating properties, and reistance against ultraviolet light. Air-permeable film and strong PET non-woven fabric are laminated to produce this unique building paper.
5) Protective clothing: Disposable Coverall
Disposable Coverall: It has a dual structure of micro porous film and spun bond non-woven fabric. It protects against fine dust and liquids, and is light and comfortable to wear.
6) Protective Clothing: Chemical Coverall
Chemical Coverall: Protects against chemical products (Can be used with seam sealing tape)
