한솔제지는 1991년 삼성그룹에서 계열분리 된 이후, 장항공장 천안공장과 함께 백판지 생산을 위한 대정공장을 설립하였습니다.
제지분야에서 10년 넘게 한국에서 가장 존경 받는 기업으로 선정되는 등 신뢰받는 기업으로 인정받는 회사 입니다.
인쇄용지, 산업용지, 특수지 등 제품별 전문 생산체제를 갖춘 장항과 대전 천안 공장에서 연간 140만톤 이상의 종이를 생산하고 있으며 통합 마케팅 시스템, 철저한 품질관리, 끊임없는 연구개발, 강화된 고객서비스를 바탕으로 성장하는 세계적인 제지 기업입니다.

한솔제지 대전공장은 한국에서 가장 큰 규모의 백판지 생산공장입니다. 25만m²가 넘는 부지위에 생산공장, 제품창고, 수처리 설비, 기술연구소 등이 세워져 있습니다.

Having been much loved in the Australian market over the past 10 years with high-class art paper brand, ‘Titan’, Hansol Paper re-launched an industrial paper product under the name ‘Hi-Q’ in 2013. Park Jun Hee, the headquarters director who was in charge of exports for over 20 years at Hasol Paper introduces Hansol Paper and white paperboard products that will be presented in the Australian market.
Briefly Introduce us to Hansol Paper.
Hansol Paper established the Daejung factory to produce white paperboard together with the Janghang factory after separating from the Samsung Group in 1991.
As it has been selected as the most respected corporation in Korea over 10 years in the paper field, and Hansol Paper is recognized as a reliable corporation.
In the Janghang, Daejeon, and Cheonan factories equipped with specialized manufacturing systems such as printing paper, industrial paper, and specialized paper over 1.4million tons have been manufactured annually and it is a world-class paper corporation that continues to grow based on a combined marketing system, thorough quality control, endless research and development, and elevated customer service.
Just what kind of product is Hi-Q by Hansol Paper?
It is produced in the Daejeon factory which has the best facilities in Korea.
Hansol Paper’s Daejeon Factory is the biggest white paperboard factory in Korea. The factory, product warehouse, water treatment facility, and research center make up a site that is over 250,000m² in area. It operates three paper machines which include the white paperboard manufacturing equipment and produces over 600,000 tons every year. It uses recycled paper in over 95% of its eco-friendly process and holds cutting-edge facilities such as an automatic warehouse with the capability to store large-scale rolls. About 60% of total sales are being exported to other countries across the world.

Hansol Paper established a system to provide rapid and accurate delivery to customers across the world through the customer delivery system corporation, Hansol CSN. R&D / uniformed quality
The Hansol Paper Research Center is located at the Daejeon factory site of Hansol Paper which was established for the first time in Korea, and its technology is being recognized. It includes new product development, through differentiated technology such as process improvements to acquire uniformed quality through inspections on raw materials, the paper machine, and coating process, and paper related new technology development. We are continuously proceeding with new types of tree item developments. The senior researcher of the Technology Lab. of Hansol Paper says the “High-tech infra such as the Pilot Coater and Pilot Refiner is at the core of the technical skills enabling the uniformed production of the best products that other companies simply cannot catch up to.

Through raw materials and process management through ERP, QCS, and Defect Detector, and quality tracking on all products, all-the-time uniformed quality products are provided.

Eco-friendly activity
To raise the effectiveness of resources, Hansol has been continuously developing eco-friendly certification, process, and products by using an energy reduction plan and using waste paper.
The person in charge of eco-friendly matters at Hansol Paper says “all processes and procedures of Hansol are designed in an eco-friendly fashion and each business site acquires an ISO 14001 and operates in compliance with it”.
We acquired the green company, Eco-label, and FSC certificate across all factories, which are recognized by the Korean government.
