본 이용약관은 삼성전자 주식회사(이하 “회사”)가 2015 광주유니버시아드 기간 중 주최하는 삼성전자
체험관(Samsung Athletes Meet) 내 응원메시지 보내기 이벤트(이하 “You Light me up 캠페인”)의
서비스를 이용하는 이용자 간에 You Light me up 캠페인 이용에 대한 제반 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
1. 이용 안내
– You Light me up 캠페인은 2015년 7월 3일부터 2015년 7월 14일까지 광주유니버시아드 선수촌 국제구역내 삼성전자 체험관에서 진행됩니다
– You Light me up 캠페인은 2015광주유니버시아드 대회에 참여한 선수들(이용자)이 각자의 라이벌을 지목하고 자신의 응원영상(이하 “응원영상”)을 촬영한 뒤 삼성전자 체험관에 설치된 대형스크린에 송출하는 서비스이며,
이용자는 이를 감상한 후, 원한다면 이용자 자신의 SNS(페이스북,트위터,웨이보) 계정으로 공유 할 수 있습니다
이용 요금 안내
– 서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다.
– 서비스 참여는 삼성전사 홍보부스에 설치된 전용 디바이스로만 참여가 가능합니다
2. 이용시 주의사항
– 법령 준수
∙ 이용자는 본 서비스에 의하여 제작된 응원영상을 개인적, 비상업적 용도로 관련 법령을 준수하는 방식으로만 사용하여야 하며, 회사는 이용자의 저작권 침해 및 관련 법령 위반행위와 관련하여 어떠한 책임도 부담하지 않습니다.
– 초상권 및 저작권 관련
∙ 이용자가 제작한 응원영상은 캠페인 기간 중 삼성전자 체험관에 설치된 대형스크린을 통하여 재생되고, 전용 디바이스 내에서도 영상을 확인 및 재생할 수 있으며 다른 이용자들도 이를 볼 수 있습니다
∙ 이용자가 제작한 응원영상이 정보통신망법 및 저작권법 등 관련법에 위반되는 내용을 포함하는
경우, 이용자는 관련법이 정한 절차에 따라 해당 게시물의 게시 중단 및 삭제 등을 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 관련법에 따른 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
∙ 회사는 이용자의 요청이 없는 경우라도 권리침해가 인정될 만한 사유가 있거나 기타 회사 정책 및 관련법에 따라 해당 응원영상에 대해 임시조치 등을 취할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보호
– 회사는 관계법령 및 회사의 개인정보보호정책이 정하는 바에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 노력합니다.
5. 기타
– 서비스 자체에 대한 권리, 소유권 및 지식재산권은 회사가 보유합니다.
– 서비스의 내용은 회사의 정책 및 컨텐츠 제공자의 내부정책 등에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
– 회사는 서비스 내 컨텐츠의 정확성 및 신뢰성 등 서비스의 제공 내용에 관하여 보증하지 않으며, 서비스 이용은 이용자의 선택에 따른 것으로 서비스 이용으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 손해에 관하여 회사는 일체의 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
– 서비스를 통하여 링크되는 외부 사이트(SNS 포함)에는 본 이용약관 및 회사의 개인정보보호정책이 적용되지 않습니다.

[영상 및 초상사용동의]
이용자는 삼성전자 주식회사가 다음과 같이 You Light me up 캠페인을 위하여 이용자가 제작한 응원영상 및 이에 포함된 이용자의 초상을 사용하는 데에 동의합니다.
1. 사용기간: 2015년 7월 3일부터 You Light me up 응원이벤트 업무 종료 시까지
2. 사용지역: 2015 광주유니버시아드 삼성전자 체험관내
4. 사용목적: You Light me up 응원이벤트 운영, 기타 유니버시아드 홍보
5. 사용범위: 삼성전자 체험관내 대형 스크린 재생, 전용 디바이스 내 서비스를 통한 재생
*이용자는 위 내용에 동의하지 않을 수 있지만, 동의하지 않는 경우 You Light me up 응원이벤트 응원영상을 제작할 수 없습니다.

삼성전자 서비스 이용약관 번역(영어 번역본)[Terms & Conditions]
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the matters for the use of the service for the event of sending supportive messages (hereinafter “You Light Me Up Campaign”) among users by using the You Light Me Up Campaign held within the Samsung Athletes Meet Experience Center hosted by the Samsung Electronics Corporation (hereinafter “company”) for the duration of the period in which the 2015 Gwangju Universiad is held.
1. Guidance on Use
– The You Light Me Up Campaign will be held in the Samsung Athletes Meet within the international zone of the athlete’s village at the Gwangju Universiad from July 3rd 2015 until July 14th 2015.
– The You Light Me Up Campaign 2015 is a service where the athletes (users) that are to take part in the 2015 Gwangju Universiad designate their own rival and after filming their supportive video (hereinafter “supportive video”) it will be broadcasted on the big screen installed within the Samsung Athletes Meet Experience Center, and after viewing the broadcast the users may share the footage on their personal SNS (Facebook, Twitter, Wave) accounts.
Service Fee Information
– The service will be offered for free.
– Participation in the service can only be done through the devices installed at the Samsung Event Booth.
2. Caution for Proper Use
– Observance of laws
∙ Pursuant to this service, users must observe the laws related to the personal and non-commercial uses of the produced supportive videos, and the company will assume no responsibility for the infringement of copyright by users other violations of the law.
– Regarding Portrait Rights and Copyright
∙ The supportive video produced by the uses will be played on the big screen installed in the Samsung Experience Center for the duration of the campaign and can also be viewed and played on the devices installed within the experience center, allowing for other users to view the videos.
∙ In case the content of the supportive video the user produced includes content that has violated the Information Communication Network Act, copyright law or other related laws, the user can request the posting of the content be discontinued or deleted and the company can take action according the related laws.
∙ Even in cases where the user has not made such a request temporary measures can be taken for the supportive video according to reasons of the recognition of the infringement of one’s rights, according to other company policy and the related laws.
∙ Please refer to “usage consent for video and portrait information” below for details.
4. The protection of personal information
– The company will make effort to protect the personal information of users according to the related laws and company’s personal information protection policy.
5. Other
– The company reserves the rights, ownership and intellectual property to the service itself.
– The content of the service can change depending on the company policy and internal policy of the content provider.
– The company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or other service provisions of the content within the service, and bears no responsibility regarding damages that may arise due to the use of the service according to choices by the users.
– This terms and conditions and the company’s personal information protection policy do not apply to external sites (including SNS) linked using this service.

[Usage Consent for Video And Portrait Information]
The user agrees to the use of the supportive video and portrait information included in the videos for the You Light Me Up Campaign together with the Samsung Electronics Corporation.
1. Period of Use: From July 3rd 2015 until the end of the You Light Me Up supportive event
2. Venue of Use: Samsung Athletes Meet Experience Center located within the 2015 Gwangju Universiad
4. Purpose of Use: For the operation of the You Light Me Up supportive event and additional promotion of the Universiad
5. Scope of Use: To be played using the service on the big screen within the Samsung Athletes Meet Experience Center, and on the exclusive devices
*The user may not agree with the above content, and in such a case the user may not produce supportive videos for the You Light Me Up supportive event.
