계약서 번역(영어 원본)7. 18 MONTH WARRANTY/SERVICE: At no charge CW shall provide a minimum 18 month warranty for all replacement or repair of all defective CO2 Products, parts or components. SYB shall service and repair all CO2 it sells without reimbursement. CW shall furnish one “repair kit” for every fifteen (15) units purchased by SYB to a maximum of six (6) free “repair kits”. Each “repair kit” shall include at least the major components needed to service the CO2, including an LCD screen, major pc boards, arm. Should the foregoing prove inadequate in handling warranty service problems that occur, the parties shall discuss and implement a solution to better resolve warranty problems. For the CO2, prior to shipment of any order to SYB, CW shall perform a pre-shipment inspection according to agreed quality inspection standards and SYB shall also perform a pre-delivery inspection and it will sign a written quality inspection approval. CW agrees to provide training for SYB’s service technicians and provide a sufficient starting inventory of spare parts to enable SYB to establish a CO2 parts and service repair department to service the Product. CW pays for the freight for warranty parts sent to SYB or return of repairs to SYB. 8. GOVERNMENT APPROVALS: CW agrees to provide a letter of authorization to SYB officially designating SYB as its sole, exclusive OEM licensee holder and distributor for the CW CO2 Laser manufactured for SYB. CW will provide SYB with the KFDA approval and any engineering test reports for use by SYB for the purpose of receiving import approval or listing of the CO2 with any appropriate governmental agencies. CW agrees to quickly obtain and provide SYB with the necessary medical CE and TUV approvals for the CO2 asap and they will be translated into English.. CW will support SYB with all technical information to enable SYB to receive whatever certification might be required for the CO2 sale in any countries worldwide for SYB import, export, registration and/or sale purposes. |
