저작물 번역(한국어 원본)제1조 (계약의 목적)
“갑”은 “을”이 소유한 저작물을 사용할 것을 청약하고 “을”은 이를 승낙하여, “갑”이 기획하는 광고를 제작함에 그 목적이 있다.
제2조 (저작물의 표시)

제3조 (저작물의 사용범위)

3 사용매체 : TV를 포함한 모든 미디어를 활용한 광고 및 프로모션 활동
4 사용기간 : 0000년 7월 1일 ~ 0000년 09 월 30일
단, 위 사용기간에도 불구하고, 제작물을 “갑”과 “갑”의 광고주의 자사출판물(사보, 사외보, 홍보책자 등), 자사기록 편집물 (인터넷홈페이지, 회사소개자료 등의 기록영상물) 및 광고상 출품 등 비영리적인 목적으로 사용할 경우에는, 기간 및 횟수에 관계없이 사용 또는 출품할 수 있다.
5. 사용지역 : 대한민국
제4조 (사용료)
1. 제3조에서 정한 사용기간에 해당하는 사용료는 금 ? 달러($ / vat별도)로 한다
2. ”갑”과 “을”은 당사자간 합의에 의해 사용기간을 연장할 수 있으며,
이 경우 사용료는 별도로 정한다. 단, 전항에서 정한 금액을 초과할 수 없다.
제5조 (사용료의 지급방법)
“갑”은 상기 저작물의 사용일 이전에 아래의 “을”의 계좌로 현금으로 지급한다.

However, regardless of the period of use determined above, ‘A’ may use or exhibit the created content regardless of time period or number of uses allowed when using the created content for non-commercial purposes such as inhouse publication (inhouse newsletter, newsletter for public relations, brochure for public relations, etc.) of ‘A’ or the advertiser/client of ‘A’, inhouse record compilation (internet homepage, recorded content of company profile) or submission to advertising award competitions.

Article 4 (Copyright Usage Fee)
1. The Copyright usage fee corresponding to the period of use stipulated in Article 3 shall be in the amount of xxx USD ($ / exclusive of taxes)
2. ‘A’ and ‘B’ may extend the period of use upon mutual agreement of both parties, and the usage fee shall be determined separately in such a case. However, such fee shall not exceed the amount stipulated in the previous article.

’A’ shall deposit the above stipulated fee in the form of cash to the bank account of ‘B’ before the use of the above-mentioned copyrighted material.
