이와 같은 질환에 좀 더 효과적으로 연구의 효과를 보고자하기 위해 발 정맥 마사지와 식이요법을 병행하기로 하였다. 좋은 식습관은 건강한 신체를 만들어 좀 더 원활히 부종이 감소될 수 있는 환경을 만드는 초석이 되기 때문에 아주 사소한 것이라고 생각되더라도 좀 더 많은 관심을 기울여야 할 것이기 때문이다.
연구의 대상자는 20대 초반의 여성이며, 림프부종인 연구대상자로써 출산의 경험이 없고, 부종관리 경험이 없는 연구 대상자로 선정하였다.
1주일에 2번씩, 8회 동안 발 정맥 마사지를 실시하였으며, 식이요법을 병행하여 균형 잡힌 식사로 육류의 소비를 줄이고 과일, 야채, 곡물류, 콩, 파스타 같은 저지방 음식을 늘리고, 가공된 음식을 먹는 경우에는 가능한 저지방 음식보다 지방이 포함되어 있지 않은 음식을 찾아 먹도록 하였다. 그리고 비타민과 미네랄이 함유되어 있는 식품을 섭취하도록 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. |

The causes of lymph edema are damage to lymph, tumor, lymphangitis, and congenital reasons such as underdeveloped lymph. This causes poor circulation of lymph causing the lymphatic vessel pressure to rise, thereby causing the lymph to regurgitate. In addition, this damages the lymphatic vessel and the concentration of protein rises, causing the edema.
In order to be more effective in this study, foot massage treatment was given along with dietetic treatment. Because good eating habit is a foundation for an environment for edema reduction, so much care in this regard should be given.
The patient selected for this study was a female in early 20’s without past experience of pregnancy and edema care.
Foot vein massage was carried out twice a week for 8 times. The patient was given a balanced diet program that involved reduction of meat, but increased consumption of low fat diet such as fruit, cereal, beans and pasta. For any processed food, low fat food was encouraged. Also the patient was given food that contained vitamin and mineral. The result of this study is as the following. |
