학술대회 번역(한국어 원본)– 2013 세계에너지경제학회(International Association of Energy Economics, IAEE) 국제학술대회 대구 유치가 확정되었다. – 대구컨벤션뷰로는 한국자원경제학회(유치위원장: 이회성 계명대 교수)와 함께 6월 21일부터 24일까지 미국 샌프란시스코에서 개최된 세계에너지경제학회 국제학술대회에 참가하여 유치활동을 벌였으며 이사회에서 대구 개최의 최종 승인을 받았다. – 세계에너지경제학회 국제학술대회는 매년 개최되며 80여개국에서 600여명의 에너지관련 학계, 업계, 정부기관에서 참여하는 에너지경제분야의 세계 최대의 국제학술회의이다. – 세계에너지경제학회 국제학술대회는 세계에너지총회와 같은 해에 개최되어 세계적으로 대구를 에너지도시로 알리는데 큰 몫을 할 것으로 여겨진다. – 또한, 전임 세계에너지경제학회 회장으로 대구 유치에 큰 영향력을 발휘한 이회성 교수는(계명대 환경대학 에너지환경계획과) 이번 회의에서 세계에너지경제학회 아시아지역 대표로 선임되어 2010년부터 2011년까지 재임한다. |
학술대회 번역(영어 번역본)– Daegu is the confirmed city to host 2013 World Academic Conference for International Association of Energy Economics, IAEE. – Daegu Convention Bureau attended the World Academic Conference for International Association of Energy Economics, IAEE with Korean Resources Economics Association (Bid Committee Chairman: Professor Hwi Sung Lee, Kyemyung University) that was held in San Francisco CA from 21st June to 24th and performed the bidding activities and Daegu was finally granted as the hosting city for 2013 conference by the committee. – World Academic Conference for International Association of Energy Economics, IAEE is held every year. It is attended by 600 members from energy related academics, industries and government organizations from 80 different countries. It is truly the biggest international academic convention for energy. – World Academic Conference for International Association of Energy Economics will be held in the same year as World Energy Convention, so it is expected to play a major role in publicizing Daegu as one of the most advanced global city in terms of energy use. – In addition, professor Hwi Sung Lee (Kyemyung University, Department of Energy and Environment Planning, College of Environmental Science), who as the president for International Association of Energy Economics, played an impacting role in terms of getting Daegu to become the host city, was elected as the Asian representative for International Association of Energy Economics. He will hold this commission from 2010 to 2011. |
