요 약

·해양환경관리법

해양환경의 보전 및 관리에 관한 국민의 의무와 국가의 책무를 명확히 하고 해양환경을 위한 기본사항을 정함으로써 훼손 또는 해양오염으로 인한 위해를 예방하고 깨끗하고 안전한 해양환경을 조성한다.

·선박안전법

선박의 감항성 유지 및 안전운항에 필요한 사항을 규정함으로써 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호함을 목적으로 한다

·해저광물자원 개발법

한반도와 그 부속도서의 해안에 인접한 해역이나 대한민국이 행사할 수 있는 모든 권리가 미치는 대륙붕에 부존하는 해저광물을 합리적으로 개발을 목적으로 한다.

광산근로자에 대한 위해를 방지함과 아울러 광해를 방지함으로써 지하자원의 합리적인 개발을 도모함 한다.

해양생태계를 인위적인 훼손으로부터 보호하고, 해양생물다양성을 보전하며 해양생물자원의 지속가능한 이용을 도모하는 등 해양생태계를 종합적이고 체계적으로 보전ㆍ관리함으로써 국민의 삶의 질을 높이고 해양자산을 보호한다.

·야생 동·식물 보호법 시행규칙

야생 동ㆍ식물과 그 서식환경을 체계적으로 보호ㆍ관리함으로써 야생 동ㆍ식물의 멸종을 예방하고, 생물의 다양성을 증진시켜 생태계의 균형을 유지함과 아울러 사람과 야생 동ㆍ식물이 공존하는 건전한 자연환경을 확보함을 목적으로 한다.
