안전 지침

본 장은 제품을 안전하게 사용하기 위하여 준수할 안전지침에 대해 설명되어 있습니다. 제품 사용 중에 사고가 발생하지 않도록 본 장을 주의 깊게 읽어주시고 본 장에  언급되어 있는 지시에 따라 제품을 사용하여 주시기 바랍니다

사용 설명서의 내용을 이해하지 않고 X-RAY 검사기를 운전하다 일어나는 사고 또는  상해에 대해서 당사에서는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다. 본 설명서는 필요한 경우 어떤 사람이라도 쉽게 참고 할 수 있도록 X-RAY 검사기 근처에 보관하여 주십시오.

1. 사용 설명서를 잘 읽고 이해 하신 후 사용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. X-RAY 검사기는 허가된 사람 이외에는 절대 조작하지 마십시오.

3. 조작 중 평소와는 다른 상태로 기기가 동작하는 경우 X-RAY 검사기의 사용을 금지하고 당사로 연락하여 점검을 받아 주시기 바랍니다.

1.1    개  요

이 매뉴얼에는 사용자로 하여금 장비를 안전하게 사용할 수 있도록 도와주는 지시사항 들이 수록되어 있습니다. 장비를 사용할 때에는 이 매뉴얼에 수록 되어 있는 안전 수칙들을 반드시 지켜야 합니다.

이 매뉴얼은 X-ray 시스템인 X-EYE 9000SD를 안전하게 사용하는 데에 있어 매우 중요한 정보들이 포함되어 있습니다. 반드시 이 지시사항 들을 주의 깊이 읽어보고 지시사항 들을 따라야 합니다.

1.2 Normal Use

구성성분의 검사와 방사선을 초과하는 어떠한 다른 목적으로 X-EYE 9000SD를 

사용해서는 안됩니다.

Controller 의 Monitor, Command 및 Control과 같은 모든 기능들은 전체 시스템을 안전하게 작동하는 데에 반드시 필요합니다.

정상적인 사용에는 다음의 것도 포함됩니다.

-이 지시사항 책자에 기술되어 있는 모든 정보들의 숙지

-검사와 유지보수의 수행

1.3 Misuse Use

물질의 검사와 방사선이 아닌 다른 목적으로 (예: 의료적 사용) 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 잘못된 사용의 경우 치명적인 위험을 초래할 수 있습니다. 명시되지 않은 파트의 설치도 잘못된 사용에 포함됩니다.

1.4 시스템 사용 시 유의 사항

X-EYE 9000SD 시스템은 최신 기술 및 최신 안전 규정에 맞추어 제조되었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 사용하는 동안에 장비로부터 사용자 혹은 제 3자의 생명을 위협하거나 시스템 혹은 주변 장치에 손상 위험이 있을 수 있습니다.

-완벽하고 안전한 조건 하에서

안전을 위협하는 모든 기능 장애들은 즉시 교정 해야 합니다.

1.5 비상시 주의사항

조작이나 동작 중 위험 또는 불안전한 상태가 감지되면 즉시 장비의 조작부에 부착되어있는 비상정지 스위치를 누릅니다. 기기를 작동하기 앞서 비상정지 스위치의 위치를 숙지하시기 바랍니다. 

스위치 명 기  능

POWER KEY 장비에 전원을 공급/차단 한다. 

X-RAY KEY X-RAY 발생장치에 전원을 공급/ 차단 한다..

비상 스위치 X-ray 발생 장치 및 Conveyor motor, Cylinder의 동작을 멈추게 합니다. 다만, 기기의 정상작동 감지를 위해서 제어 PC/Monitor의 전원은 차단하지 않습니다. 누르면 복원되지 않는 상태로 있으므로 해제를 위해서는 오른쪽으로 돌려 복원시켜 줍니다.

1.6 위험 표시 기호

본 장은 장비를 정확하고 안전하게 운전하는데 필요한 안전 수칙들을 기술 하고 있습니다. 장비를 설치하거나 작동시키기 전에 이 수칙들을 주의 깊게 읽고 수칙과 경고들을 준수하시기 바랍니다.

기호 내용

이 기호는 금지사항을 나타냅니다. 특별히 금지되는 사항이나 행동이 이 기호로 나타납니다. 지시사항을 주의 깊게 읽고 금지된 행동을 시도하지 마십시오.

이 기호는 제품을 다룰 때 반드시 취해야 하는 것을 가리킵니다. 특별한 지시 사항은 이 기호로 나타납니다. 지시 사항들은 주의 깊게 읽고 항상 지정된 절차를 따르시기 바랍니다.

본 설명서와 장비에는 아래의 경고 기호들이 사용됩니다.

DANGER : 전압이 가해 졌을 때 방출되는 X-ray

CAUTION : 사용된 beryllium은 독성이 있음

CAUTION : 고압-전기 충격위험

실용 접지 단자. 보호 접지 단자로서 사용하지 마시오.

1 Safety Guidelines

This chapter explains the safety guidelines to be followed for safe usage of the product.  Please read this chapter carefully in order to avoid an accident while using the product and follow the guidelines described in this chapter.

SEC will not be responsible for an accident or injury that occurs during the operation of the X-ray Inspection System before fully understanding this user manual.  Please keep this document close to the X-ray Inspection System for quick reference.

1. Please use the device after you carefully read and fully understood the user manual.

2. No unauthorized personnel may operate the X-ray Inspection System.

3. In case the device is in an abnormal state while operation, please stop the device and contact SEC to receive an inspection.

1.1    Overview

This manual details the guidelines that enable safe usage of the device.  Users must follow the safety guidelines included in this manual while operating the device.

This manual includes very important information for safe usage of X-EYE 9000SD, an X-ray Inspection System.  Users must carefully read and follow the guidelines.

1.2 Correct Usage

X-EYE 9000SD must not be used for any other purposes than testing composite materials and radiations.

All functions on the controller including Monitor, Command and Control are absolutely necessary for the safe operation of the entire system.

Normal usage also requires the following:

– Full understanding of all information written in this manual

– Regular execution of inspection and maintenance

1.3 Incorrect Usage

The product must not be used for any other purpose (e.g., medical usage) than inspection of materials and radiations.  Incorrect usage may result in fatal damages.  Setting up parts not included in this manual also constitutes an incorrect usage.

1.4 Cautions for Users

X-EYE 9000SD system has been manufactured with cutting edge technology according to the latest safety regulations.  However, incorrect usage of the device may incur fatal damage to the user or another person, and may harm the system or supporting devices, unless the user operates the device

– for an appropriate purpose and

– under complete and safe environment.

All functional errors that threaten safety must be corrected immediately.

1.5 Emergency Measures

When a risk or unstable state is detected while operating the system, press the emergency stop switch on the control panel immediately.  Please familiarize with the location of the emergency stop switch before operating the device. 

Switch name Function

Power Turn power on or off for the system. 

X-ray Turn power on or off for the X-ray generator.

Emergency stop Stops X-ray generator, conveyor motors and cylinders.  Controller PC and monitor are kept on for detecting normal operation of the device.  Emergency stop is not released until user rotates it clockwise to manually release it.

1.6 Risk Indication Symbols

This chapter explains the safety guidelines necessary for accurate and safe operation of the device.  Please read the guidelines carefully prior to the installation or operation of the device, and heed the warnings.
