Investment
Investment plan will be based on manufacturing capacity of 6 units HRSG per year
Pursuant to the terms and conditions to be agreed, (a) Algeria’s existing manufacturing facilities will be utilized at most in order to minimize the amount of additional investment, (b) Land & Building will rented from Algeria Local Partner, (c) Major Equipment will be provided by Doosan, which will be the Investment in Kind to JV, (d) Doosan will fully support the technical matters regarding to JV establishment, and (e) Doosan will dispatch Project Managers & Engineers in order to execute project during JV operation period
Shareholding Ratio of each parties will be further discussed
Technical Transfer
License Agreement will be signed between Doosan and JV before JV starts to operation
Pursuant to the License Agreement, Doosan will transfer the followings to JV by both training and dispatching Technical Advisories to JV shop & site
– Basic & Detail engineering
– Manufacturing
– Erection and commissioning, performance test
JV Operation
Sonelgaz shall guarantee the order of at least 6 units HRSG per year during operation period, and therefore, total order volume will be more than 60 units HRSG
JV will execute both of engineering and manufacturing (Pressure/Non-pressure parts) of project in the stabilizing stage of JV(2017, 1st Quarter), and, until then, JV and Doosan will execute project based on the DOR between JV and Doosan, which will be further discussed and agreed until EPC contract is signed
JV will be ended 10 years after it is established

Doosan tient fortement à établir un partenariat avec Sonelgaz et l’autres entreprise locale. Transfert de Technologie
La Convention de Licence sera signée entre Doosan et la JV avant que la JV commence à fonctionner
Conformément à la Convention de Licence, Doosan transférera à la JV les techniques concernant les points suivants à la fois à travers les formations et en détachant les Conseils Techniques dans les usines et sur les sites de la JV

Fonctionnement de la JV

La JV prendra fin 10 ans après sa création
